Sold me the worst breakfast sandwich ever. It was burnt and hard I could not eat it. I’m pretty sure if you wouldn’t eat it you shouldn’t sell it to customers. Ruined my breakfast. I could have gotten something somewhere else. I would have waited for a new one. Don’t just sell people burnt food.

I am a long haul truck driver fork canada so i dont ever do dunkindonuts and stopped in at the Bloomfield windsor connecticut location my cashier was a young fella named Rashad very polite and well mannered and very helpful when I wasn't sure on how to order my ice capp, I did tip this friendly gentlemen hope the manager sees this they need more people like him:) thank you sir for the extra donut and timbits:)

Staff is friendly and are patient with customers with large orders. Longest i've had to wait was maybe 10 minutes but that was during the early morning rush for coffee. The inside is right by a subway and has some seating too.

Went in fairly early and everything was fresh, staff was also friendly.
Floor was filthy with dirt and grime . Napkins and other things on the floor.Cream was bad floating cream chunks in my coffee.Manager was not around to refund money. I had to go back in ther convenience.Sandwich station and coolatta machine was closed 2 hours before store was closed.DO NOT GO HERE UNTIL THEY GET A NEE CREW.I had to give them 1 star because there’s not lower option

The worst Dunkin I’ve ever been in. Early morning March 13 wanted coffee and a sourdough sandwich and let me tell you both taste like garbage. Coffee cold and the sandwich looks like how it taste very disgusting. I won’t never recommend this at all..

They never have anything on the menu .wait way to long for a coffie .under staffed .I've been there 3 times always disappointed .I would recommend going to McDonald's down the st .
