This is not to get anybody fired or in trouble but yesterday when I went to order my Bacon egg and cheese Wake-Up wrap the manager, who is training a new employee hold the new employee that made a mistake, and the mistake was he cooked a whole egg instead of half an egg. The manager said that's easy and she threw it in the garbage and said just start over, I thought I'm not trying to get like an extra egg for free but that's kind of like a waste of money seeing the type of economy we're in and the business and what does that say to the customer? Let's try better folks 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 still love Duncan will always love it but I had to say that.

Just got back from waiting 20 minutes in line with one other car in front of me with the worker talking to the car ahead and when I finally got to the window the worker had forgotten my order, didn’t make it right and then “Thanked me for the encouragement.” Since I guess I was wrong to not want to spend my day in a drive through. Save your time and energy and go to a different location

Fast and friendly service. They get my order right every time. By far the best Dunkin.
Bad experience. Slow lazy service provided by people who don't want to be there. The hash brown bites were all clumped toger making them undercooked, oily, soggy and not crisp. A big group came in after me, was not acknowledged at the front of the line for a couple minutes and just walked out of the store talking about the poor service.

Unfortunately, I have to give this location a very poor rating. I am very forgiving when it comes to franchises since it is hard to control consistency and processes when it is outside of corporate ownership, and also the nature of QSR with high turnover and frequent trainings. But this location, every single time for many many years without fail has been simply atrocious. They should not be allowed to carry a Dunkin’ brand’s franchise any longer. There has been no improvement with speed of service, knowledge, training, customer service, efficiency, cleanliness. and so forth. There are some good people there who mean well, but as a total operation and as a team it is simply a failure.

Getting a similar latte took over 15 minutes. The female worker who took my order forgot about it. Thankfully, the male person asked me and worked on my order. I am disappointed with this service and I am hoping they do better next time. Promote said male worker please.

Very busy understaffed Dunkin letting things fly, no quality control at all. Ordered 2 iced chia, cold foam. Got two iced coffees with cold foam. Had to ask for my original blend medium with 4 cream. Also had to ask why I didn’t get my strawberry iced loaf, no one said a word. Oh well are out. Not happy about this location, will drive by and go to a different one.

Unsanitary food conditions. Stale days old bagels and croissants! Cooked bugs on the bagels toppings. Not made fresh the day of! Carpenter ants on the donuts. Not worth your health just eat at Doro or at home.
