Long drive-thru lines, which made the wait pretty frustrating. The drink was just okay—nothing special. Not sure if it was worth the time.

This was my 2nd time going to this DD because it was close to the hotel we stayed in. The 1st time, I thought maybe the crew was having a bad day. BUT a year later, they were still just as rude & unprofessional as before. The young white man that was at the window couldn't have been more rude & bothered that he had to take the order. I really hope management takes the time to get new ppl. Not everyone needs to work with the public.

Inconsistent pricing. I’ve noticed on more than one occasion that the price for a medium mango pineapple refresher w/ lemonade I’ve paid more OR less depending on the day or time I go. Very confusing.

Spent 15 minutes in the drive-through waiting for my mobile order just for it to be wrong. Didn’t notice until I was already on my way to work so I couldn’t turn around and bring it back when I went to call Location. There is no phone number listed so I was forced to call, the people who work through the app. Extremely disappointed and irritated. late to work and I don’t even have the food I wanted.

I always ask for a handful of ketchup (like 6 packets) for two sandwiches and hash browns. I have NEVER had anyone say anything and the lady here was so stingy about it and gave me attitude and said I should go buy a bottle. What the hell? If you don’t want people to eat your food and enjoy it then close your damn business down.
I went there this morning to get a croissant with sausage egg and cheese and a coffee, i entered i notice 1 employee i said oh well let me wait my turn because i guess she was taking care of drive thru first, now I'm standing there waiting and waiting, not once did she acknowledge me then after some time she said what can i get you? I said my order, she's standing infront of the oven with her faces screw all the way up , so i think she didn't hear me so i repeat myself again, she literally never looked in my direction or said "I'll be right with you" or something, I'm not confrontational so i left right after my 3rd attempt of getting her attention, this happen May 4th 2024 about 5 40 ish am. Smh I'm still shocked i went to another dunken and was greeted soon as i entered and they took my order immediately, i really don't understand why she there if she don't wanna work. Please do not go to this dunken in the morning that lady will ruin your entire day with her nonsense.

I placed an order through the app and arrived at the Dunkin' drive-thru about ten minutes later. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting 20 minutes in the drive-thru line. When I finally reached the window, I had to wait another 6 minutes while they completed other orders, even though mine was ready and sitting on the counter in plain sight. Iced drinks had most of ice melted so everything was watered down, sandwiches were cold, and donuts were wrong.

If I can give it no stars I will. Went there this morning and the same African American lady that works there had me waiting 15 minutes on the drive through. I then pull forward as no response was given she was talking on the phone and just not caring for any customer. I then parked and was going to go inside and the doors were locked mind you this shop opens at 5 am it was 545 when I tried to open the door. Another guy tried to open the door but it was still locked I went back through the drive thru as I saw 2 car s coming out. I waited another 10 minutes where she finally ask what can she get me. I ask for snacking bacon and hash brown and she then said sorry I have nothing to serve at the moment. Per usual she never has those ready when I go there(I am a regular customer) then I ask for a bagel and she was very rude and said “I said I have nothing to serve” I left as she wasted 25 minutes of my morning making me late to work. She needs to be fired because this is very poor customer service.

This is the worst DD I ever been to. If you work early morning and need breakfast at 5-7am don’t bother coming here there a female who is lazy and always saying she got nothing to served at this time not even coffee! I don’t know how she still working there when she be on her phone drinking her coffee! The manager, supervisor or owner need to do something about it ASAP!
