Getting a similar latte took over 15 minutes. The female worker who took my order forgot about it. Thankfully, the male person asked me and worked on my order. I am disappointed with this service and I am hoping they do better next time. Promote said male worker please.

Very busy understaffed Dunkin letting things fly, no quality control at all. Ordered 2 iced chia, cold foam. Got two iced coffees with cold foam. Had to ask for my original blend medium with 4 cream. Also had to ask why I didn’t get my strawberry iced loaf, no one said a word. Oh well are out. Not happy about this location, will drive by and go to a different one.

Unsanitary food conditions. Stale days old bagels and croissants! Cooked bugs on the bagels toppings. Not made fresh the day of! Carpenter ants on the donuts. Not worth your health just eat at Doro or at home.

Went there at 5am to get breakfast and cashier saw me and ran away. They need to change their time if they are not open at 5am.

This was my 2nd time going to this DD because it was close to the hotel we stayed in. The 1st time, I thought maybe the crew was having a bad day. BUT a year later, they were still just as rude & unprofessional as before. The young white man that was at the window couldn't have been more rude & bothered that he had to take the order. I really hope management takes the time to get new ppl. Not everyone needs to work with the public.

Inconsistent pricing. I’ve noticed on more than one occasion that the price for a medium mango pineapple refresher w/ lemonade I’ve paid more OR less depending on the day or time I go. Very confusing.

Spent 15 minutes in the drive-through waiting for my mobile order just for it to be wrong. Didn’t notice until I was already on my way to work so I couldn’t turn around and bring it back when I went to call Location. There is no phone number listed so I was forced to call, the people who work through the app. Extremely disappointed and irritated. late to work and I don’t even have the food I wanted.
