I'm done with all Dunkin stores at this point. I can't deal with my order being wrong anymore. I used to stop frequently at many different Dunkin locations, and the results have been the same over the last few months. I order a coffee with a flavor shot and some sweetener. It's not overly complex, yet I can't even recall the last time I got an order that was correctly made. It's frustrating when I'm trying to watch my sugar intake and I get those overly sugared "Swirl" flavorings. Even when I specifically say "The unsweetened flavor shot, NOT THE SWIRL" I still get the swirl.The worst is when I use the drive thru. Then I've driven away and basically lost $4 because the coffee is wrong and something I cannot drink. Or on several cases I've ordered the Frozen Hot Chocolate for my daughter only to drive away and realize that not only did it take 10 minutes to make, but we got a frozen coffee that we had to just throw out down the road after paying $6.I'm done and never going to another Dunkin.Dietary restrictions: Their employees don't care if you tell them "I can't have sugar, I'm diabetic" they will still make your coffee wrong with overly sugary mix ins when you specifically ask for the unsweetened versions.

Early morning staff rude. Never have anything ready. Out of 3 items I ask for im lucky to get one. Never prepared. Maybe better service at different shifts but not the early morning. ??
When I got here the gloves were on to deal with cash and food. Also the eggs were left out on the food making table. Won’t be surprised if I or someone got sick here. The food inspectors need to come and check this place out around 130 or so. Never coming back

Bought a medium hot chocolate on oct 17 2023 took 3 sips and it tasted like if the hot chocolate machine was never cleaned and since that morning i been sick soo bad never going here again!!!!

Terrible cashier here today. Coffee was made wrong nicely walked into change and she just gave me literally three cubes of ice in a cup with none of the ingredients I asked for. I decided to just take the loss. Horrible Dunkin.

Waiting in the drive-thru line watching the owner and other employees ignore me and continue a conversation while making other customers drinks in front of me is terrible. DO NOT STOP HERE! NOTHING QUICK OR COURTEOUS. You will anger yourself... next exit sir/mam trust me. P.S. THE SPOON IS DISGUSTING AND ITS STIRING EVERYONE'S COFFEE ?
