I have yet to get a fresh bagel from this location!! I work close by so it’s convenient but consistently slow and a simple, plain bagel, not toasted, butter on the side, is always an issue!! Just sad.

So I got me a vanilla Coolatta And found out that they put no ice in my coolatta and I didn’t even realise until I was done with the whipped cream how are you gonna give me a coolatta with no ice? And then on top of that I ordered for pick up 15 minutes before I got there and my order wasn’t even ready, there was nobody in there it was empty so how was my order Not ready? then they were saying they didn’t have any other bagels, except for the wheat bagel this is utterly disappointing. I am so mad right now because I have been craving Dunkin this whole week just for me to get this trash order with people that don’t even do their job right.

Dunkin Donuts food is far too expensive for what they serve. They are stingy with napkins, can be slow, but I find most of them very pleasant. I choose this location most times.

I come here often and try to tip as often as I can. The workers work very hard and my drinks and foods are consistently great! The workers are also quite nice, so if you’re not seeing that, you might be the problem.

Complete trash! I waited by the drive-through speaker to give an order and no one ever got there so I rolled up to the window and nobody even acknowledged me. I will never come back to this location.
Went to drive up and the guy at the windows state they are closing in 5 mins but sign states 8pm and it was 20.more mins..Ask fir a frozen drink and staff member advised unable to make it..Sign w items to buy wad tape to the wall and part of it was falling to the ground..My daughter had to get out of car to look at menu..This is extremely unacceptable

I use the drive thru here pretty much every morning during the week. Pretty much every team member here is super friendly and they always get my order right. I wish I got their names but there's a younger gentleman and a petite woman that normally run the drive thru... they're both amazing
