Yes, my wife and I frequent Jim's Pizza in Windsor Connecticut. Yesterday evening 9/11/2025 at 7:30 pm we entered Jim's Pizza prepared to sit down and order dinner (not pizza). Instead of immediately seating us the waitress had us wait mysteriously at the front foyer, while she went in the back to find out if we could be served. She came back after 2 minutes of us standing there hungry and informed my wife and I that we couldn't order dinner because they turned off the fryolator and ovens. Mind you they close at 8:00 pm. It is now 7:33 pm. The waitress said we could order a pizza. We did not want pizza. It was my wife and myself "NOT A PARTY OF 10". We left very, very disappointed and disillusioned by the callous disregard for two former loyal local customers. We went to Sofia's Restaurant in East Windsor, Connecticut (Jim's competition) and had an incredibly well-cooked, hot meal and delightful and helpful service that obviously cares about their customers and repeat business. My wife and I will not be returning to Jim's Pizza. Too bad because we really enjoyed Jim's Pizza. We always brought relatives there and suggested Jim's Pizza to our friends. Perhaps Jim's might read this and welcome us back even if it is 7:30 pm.

I do like the sauce on the pizza. They make a good pizza. I also ordered a ham / cheese grinder. Pitiful. Strands of lettuce, couple slices of ham, barely any cheese. I added product to make it resemble a grinder. Seriously, sandwiches @ a gas station have more on it. We will find another pizza place after my money was wasted. The lady who answered the phone was great. She has a good personality. Very courteous. The rest...meh

I had a pickup order, i showed the lady in front my phone to show her my order name, and she says “i dont read phones” and walk away what kind of customer service is this, she lucky we in public, would of stomp her face in, train your workers better

I used to work here when I was in high school and came back to visit after 22 years and brought my family for the pizza, the pizza was cooked well, tasty and delicious like I remembered it.
I have been going to Jim's since I was a kid.. Rosemary is the best waitress! Great personality! She is so respectful to my elderly mom. Great asset to Jim's!
