Placed my order for dine in at 8:08 got it finally at 8:20 to not even get my fries then had to wait on those for even longer since they never gave me my froes with no salt. Place needs better management.

The fact that I had to wait inside for 15+ minutes for 2 coffees is ridiculous. I know the drive thru stay busy, but when your cashier is bilingual and the people after you are bilingual and get 3 full orders before you get your 2 coffees...not cool

The service was nasty and short-tempered I ordered 4 things 3 were in the bag. So I asked she grabbed the bag ripped it open looked at the recipe and said you never paid for it what's the problem 🤔 Nasty person

Waited 20 minutes to get cold food. Since I was in the way to people in line waiting all that time, I moved aside, when they called my number, I came up the side and said I was here. He refused to hand me my bag and rudely told me to get the food from that very counter so he had me cross a very dense line to get my food. I never got napkins or a straw in my take out bag. I have a bagel egg and cheese bagel meal with an orange juice.I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

I asked the lady at the window to put Oreos in my mocha frappe on the top and the lady and one of her employees walked over and started squawking like a bunch of birds saying that I needed to pay and you no pay it’s 65 cents extra I said I’m all set and drive away. Not sure why they were so upset, it’s not like if she gave it to me without charging me 65 cents extra it’d be coming out of her paycheck.

Really not a bad late night snack location. Been here twice on travel over the last couple of years. Somewhat in a shady neighborhood, but there's never any trouble. Service has been good and food is consistent. Wasn't the cleanest inside but that's typical of McDonald's.
