This is absolutely one of the worst McDonald's around. The orders are wrong most of the time, food cold. Sometimes you have to wait when you pull up to the window, because the person is on their personal cell phone .Couple of nights ago I went through the drive thru my order was about $9.4 0 ,they charged my card $9.40 plus $ 19.63 I went inside asked for the manager, she said it was not on the machine, but my phone showed the times and amounts they had just taken the monies out of my account, She said that she could not help me, no refund. She told me to call the number on the receipt at 10:00 pm I called voice mail. She called her manager no refund, I was told to come back the next day, finally I called the police, too make a report 0nly after along drawn out ordeal I was refunded after a few days. Terrible place to order food Check your order before you leave, more than likely it will not be correct.

Unfortunately for local residents of Windsor, the manager of this fast food restaurant is completely inept. The employees? Don't ask. They'll give you the wrong order, and then they'll ask you for a receipt to prove it. Go get a bag of chips instead of coming here or drive to another McDonald's with competant employees.
