Tried the value meal deal at Moe’s — solid bang for your buck. The food was fresh, portions were good, and the staff was friendly. Overall, it was a decent experience. That said, the vibe in the store felt a bit blah — kind of flat and lacking energy. Nothing bad, just not much atmosphere. Great for a quick bite, but maybe take the food to go.

Food was horrendous. I ordered a steak bowl where the steak had literally zero flavor and the fajita veggies were cold. A bowl and burrito came out to almost 30 dollars which wouldn’t have been so bad if the quality of ingredients wasn’t school lunch tier. Never again.

The guy that worded there paid for a customers food because her card didn't work i hope they get good tips from people
I order moes for delivery through the Moes app. The food comes very late because the address is somehow wrong that they gave the doordash driver. The stack I ordered is a soggy mess missing Queso and Cheese which I ordered on it. I Call Moes they blame door dash. I call Door dash they tell me I have to call Moes because they processed my order and payment. I call back Moes they are completely rude tell me there is nothing they can do that I have to call doordash. When I ask the Female manager what her name is she hangs up the phone on me. I call back and speak to another Female who sounds exactly like the first female and she promises me that someone will call me back. Either way I am out money because this is too nasty to eat. I ordered this on 2/20/2025 at 12:27pm and Called at approx 1:43pm. I have never dealt with staff that was more rude and unhelpful as I have at this store!!

Drove 20 minutes to find a sign saying closed for renovations for 1 week. Thank you for wasting 40 minutes of my day. Maybe try updating Google maps next time

I should have known better than to eat at a “southwest” place this far north & east - it’s as if someone overheard a conversation about Tex-Mex & thought, “I could make that.” Just because you have the ingredients doesn’t mean you know what to do with them, and Moe’s clearly doesn’t.

Highly recommend not going here. Employees don’t want to be working here or serve customers. Walked in about 10 mins before the posted closing time and a kid wearing blue headphones was cleaning things up. I asked if they’re still serving and he murmured no and went back to cleaning. I understand it’s close to closing time, but having a better attitude or making an effort would go a long way. Wouldn’t want someone like this working at my store.
