First time visitor ( 11/26/2023 )--ordering was a breeze, atmosphere is good and the aroma of the food is is awesome when you walk in... ( in other words it was a wicked good scent).anyhoo. our food was promptly made and it tasted very very good... and the guacamole was YUUUUUMMMMY!!!!!!!i highly recommend Moe's, specially if you are looking for tasty food fast...we will be going back againVegetarian options: lots to choose from .. and tofu is on the listDietary restrictions: i am sure you can find gluten free hereParking: easy peasy parkingKid-friendliness: well the kids that were in there enjoyed their mealWheelchair accessibility: very easy access

Dropped in for lunch Sunday. My order was prepared impeccably! However the queso had way way too much salt or salty flavor. I couldn't eat it. Also the crew member running the cash reg was half in a coma. He told me my payment was declined. I replied THAT'S RIDUCULOUS. A mgr overrode the transaction and promised me all was well. The prices have gone way up since my last visit. Hey no matter what you knock CHEAPOLTE (Chipolte)out of the water forever. I only go to Moe's consistently. Chipotle is off my radar.

This was a blessing as I was looking for dinner options after flying into Hartford. I was so thankful to see the Moe's sign!! Received a hearty "Welcome to Moe's" upon entering the store. Ordered my usual (burrito bowl) and was in my way.So appreciate Moe's having stores in many states so that there are familiar food options!!

The food here has just gotten worse. It doesn't taste fresh and the bowls just seem thrown together. They never add all the stuff you ask for in the app and their chips are garbage. Not sure what has happened to them because they used to be good.

All the customers were pleasant, we were greeted and taken care of within a decent time frame. Everything was smooth, clean etc. I DO NOT like the food. Rice was hard not much flavor, and the chicken was dry. My taste buds just could not get jiggy with the food at all.
