Fantastic vietnamese food made by a darling couple who run the restaurant with their family. The vermicelli with beef is amazing, need to try to pho next.

Pho Van is one of those places you’re so glad you found. The food is always great and the staff is super kind. You can tell it’s a family-run spot, and they really care about their customers.

I’ve been a few times now and it’s been consistently good. Definitely my go-to for Viet food in the area.

Pho Van truly lives up to its reputation—this place serves some of the best pho I’ve had in a long time. The broth is incredibly rich and flavorful, clearly simmered for hours to develop that perfect depth. The noodles were soft but not soggy, and the meat—whether brisket, rare steak, or meatballs—was tender and delicious. Everything was served piping hot and with a generous portion of fresh herbs, lime, bean sprouts, and jalapeños on the side, just as it should be.

We also tried a few appetizers, and while they were solid, the pho is definitely the star of the show. If you're craving a comforting bowl of Vietnamese noodle soup, this is the place to go.

The only minor downside was that service was a bit slow, especially once we were seated—it took a little while before someone came to take our order, and refills were a touch delayed. That said, the staff was kind and polite, and once the food arrived, it more than made up for the wait.

The restaurant itself is clean, cozy, and laid-back—nothing too fancy, but it doesn’t need to be when the food speaks for itself. Prices are reasonable and portions are generous.

Overall, Pho Van is a must-visit for pho lovers. The flavors are spot-on, the ingredients are fresh, and while service could be a bit quicker, the food is absolutely worth it. I’ll definitely be back.

The food is super yummy. There is a gym nearby, and you can hear/feel the weights being dropped constantly. Not for the faint of heart.

It's a good pho place. Good customer service, They made good pho broth because most important is broth order for pho to be Good. Lots of people don't know. I am a regular customer, recently they hired a new girl. She doesn't know how to make pho. She literally counts meat pieces to put in the pho. Even when you order large pho. She gives you very little amount of pho but the bowl is big but the meat is less . It's not worth it. You should go when the owner is there. He makes Good pho. Vietnamese restaurants become famous for their pho. I haven't tried other dishes. Soon I will update you guys. Check out the place.

Visiting Windsor for the weekend. Found this restaurant. Absolutely amazing food. So much flavor. You may have to wait a bit to be served but it’s so worth it. I will certainly return again.

This is a convenient place to go to before my flights since it's situated close to the airport. There are no frills on the television or seating. Actually, there were a few seats in front of an unused kitchen window, which was awkward, but the service was good. The waitress was friendly, and our order came quickly. My chicken/shrimp salad was okay... the chicken strips were dry and definitely overcooked. The shrimp was bland, but the sauce made it okay. The portions were decent. The A1 spring rolls were good.

Would return to try something else.
