Florist failed to deliver birthday flowers on time on Feb 7. Still have not issued a refund. Called 6 times. Given the run around. Told the credit card processor had to do it and they refuse to call them. It is now Feb 24. Was told the person that deals with that isn’t here for the 3rd. Do not do business with these dishonest scum.

Don’t pay their employees, will fight you if they mess up an order, will not give refunds, don’t pay contractors and other businesses they do business with. They may have some quality stuff but overall they are not kind, decent, or honest people. If you post about negative experiences on Facebook the owner will fight you publicly and lie further instead of doing the right thing.

Customer Service was good. I bought a few turtles. I didn't realize until later that he gave me 2 of the smallest ones. Also the dark chocolate tasted so old and it nearly broke my tooth! I got a scoop of ice cream and it was sooo freezer burned I had to chew it. I'm grossed out. They must not get enough business with that quality.

I went in to try some chocolate and the employee was helpful and friendly and the chocolate wasn’t too pricey and pretty delicious

The salesperson and I worked together to build a bouquet that was very much appreciated by the recipient! Thanks for your help!

Ice cream is THE best!

The owners are friendly and genuine. The chocolate and fudge they offer are rich and decadent. The homemade ice cream will make you swoon. Snelgrove's Chocolate is a place to visit again and again....

I went in two days before my son‘s junior prom. I went in to order a corsage for his date. She went over different options as far as what I wanted for her flowers and the ribbon to use. She told me that she would take care of the design and for me not to worry. On Saturday I picked up the corsage and I would have to say it came out very beautiful. His date and family absolutely loved how the corsage came out and it looks fabulous. I uploaded photos of my sons prom, please take a look at the pictures. The corsage is has four red roses with black ribbon. Thanks again!

Picture it—Prom season!! Your daughter just decided, “Yes I do want to go to prom.” You're so excited and you've got a checklist to get through in just a 3 days. I forgot the corsage and now it's 11pm. What are we going to do?! No more than 1/2 hr later Tim Snelgrove posts in the class of 98 room about floral arrangements for Mother's Day. I comment Tim, is it possible to order a corsage tomorrow to pick up tomorrow?! He said yes for sure! He inboxed me and was ready to take the order that way or let me put it through the website. He made a website!! --It was super easy to maneuver and choose what we liked. We perused, selected, checked out and he saw it, all within minutes! It was all set. Picking it up at noon. Thank u Tim, thank you Snelgrove's!! We couldn't be more pleased!!

Stopped in and the owner made a gorgeous arrangement from his fresh flower selection. Added some truffles and had a terrific birthday gift at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Great local shop that carries a wide selection of chocolates, sweets and flowers. Best flower designs in Windsor!

I went here the other day and I was blown away by how cozy it was inside! The staff was so helpful and welcoming and their fudge is the best I've had in the area. I highly recommend Snelgrove's if you're looking for sweets, little gifts, or flower arrangements!!

Went here to get my wife some fudge and chocolates for our anniversary and I was very pleased with my experience here. There's so many options I wasn't sure what to get and the staff was extremely helpful with picking out the right stuff for my wife (she absolutely loved all of it by the way!) Thanks to Snelgrove's we had another lovely anniversary.

Where Do I Begin.....

Disappointed. Staff rude. Mixup on the card sent with the arrangement but staff would not offer apology. Arrangement was very average. Would not use them in the future.
