Rude workers and gave me wrong cover on my drink. The bad attitude from order to receiving order was terrible. Not going back to that location. I'll stick with enfield location for better service.

Teenage boys competed to finish the order they just got instead of one taking orders and the other fulfilling them. Then the one who was supposed to take the orders just walked away on break WHILE A LINE HAD FORMED. Not ready for work.

Drove all the way here from west suffield after work to grab a coffee on my ride home from work at 7pm & they were closed. The employees response was she’s the only one there so she’s closing early… disappointed.

I tell my husband this is the worst starbucks to go to, but he insisted today to give it another shot. Today he got two matcha lattes grande, 2 toffee nut syrup and 2 Splenda. It just tasted like water. My cup was all ice, no flavor. The cold foam Evaporated so fast. I guess they didn't make enough for 2 and just filled up my cup with more ice to make it look like a whole drink. No flavor. This isn't the first time, I've given this starbucks chance after chance because I understand, there's rushes, stuff runs out, etc but for it to let me down time after time. There's clearly something wrong with it and especially after I see all the other negative reviews I know I'm not wrong. They need a whole new staff and trainer so they can be up to par like the other stabucks chains.

12/16/23 I visit this location frequently and they run out of product often. Today they didn’t have a bunch of flavors, milk, chai, etc. disappointing to see the stock always low as I run a QSR and managing inventory is a vital part of retaining a happy customer

Waited 30 minutes for a coffee between 1:30-2:00 in the afternoon on a Wednesday 12/6/23 with one person behind the counter; I guess that's why Dunkin Donuts is around the corner. Not a good experience for me whatsoever. Will not return.
