I waited 20 minutes for my coffee, this is due to not enough staff. Poor employee was trying to go on break and stayed as long as she could to help, leaving one person to manage a line of 5 people while 4 waiting for drinks, all while being polite. Owner please review your busiest time of day so employees aren’t overwhelmed & understaffed. Take care of your employees! I’m giving 5 starts to your employees

Waited in line forever. They had one employee who was working. I get it but they are always out of cold brew. It’s always a mystery when you decide to go there and they end up not having what you want.

It would be nice if the directions indicated it was located IN Target.

Waited in a fairly short line for over 20 minutes. Finally got to the front and they are out of very basic items so can’t even get what came for. I don’t blame the staff at all for the line moving slowly, there was ONE lone person taking orders and making drinks.

This Starbucks honestly has the most shitty employees I’ve ever seen. There are 2 females specifically that speak highly disrespectfully to customers… if you hate your job that much then quit. When I was there today, I waited in line for 20 minutes until the girl working decided to just leave. I waited another 20 minutes and nobody showed up to the point where I had to leave. 40 minutes wasted because nobody knows how to manage their employees here. EXTREMELY disappointed

Employee walked at me while I was in line to place an order.Did not say excuse me or anything at all - just stared until I moved to get away from her. Then she was the one to give me my drink. No thank you. Very unfriendly vibe. Hire some of folks who have minimal people skills and hold them to an expectation of courtesy at least.

Rude workers and gave me wrong cover on my drink. The bad attitude from order to receiving order was terrible. Not going back to that location. I'll stick with enfield location for better service.
