It would be nice if the web page was updated to show it is not opened. Drove from MA and was not pleased. Always liked this restaurant, hope it reopens.

Very nice Indian restaurant it's temporarily closed right now but they have a great lunch buffet at a good price. They have a full bar and their naan bread is really good. Very well priced good service comfortable atmosphere

I went here during the height of the pandemic so I'm not sure if it can accurately capture The service, but I'm basing my review on just the food. I ordered the butter chicken and chicken tikka masala, along with naan and rice. The food was decent, but there was definitely something missing from the flavor of both dishes. I asked for the food to be spicy, it definitely was not as spicy as I would've liked. Overall, it was an okay meal, but to me, the taste just wasn't there.I do want to add that I saw a lot of locals waiting inside the restaurant for pickup and it seems they have a true following in the community, which is awesome to see.

The food was amazing and the portions for take out were much more than expected! I had the chicken Tikka masala and the shrimp poori! Both were exceptional, but the shrimp poori with pappad was perfection!

So sad, I left a wonderful review a few years back. This place used to be part of our fabric . It was our favorite, we loved the staff and the best food! It changed :( all the staff are gone and the food has suffered greatly . The food is not the same ! The service is awful, even my soda was terrible. They brought us flat soda with no ice? I'm so thankful for those wonderful years that this place gave us, we celebrated every birthday / every Sunday but we won't be going back . I don't know if it's new management or new owners but it's def not the place I knew and loved .

This is my first time here since probably 2005 when I worked for Konica Minolta. They have a pretty good sized menu. The use disposable napkins , ceramic plates and metal utensils . Notice the Caesar Salad (at an Indian restaurant?). They do serve complementary papadam (crackers) with sides if chutney, mint sauce onion chutney. However, their liquor license is suspended so nothing here. Also, the front steps are VERY slippery. I did warn them. The music is cultural too. For our first item, we are ordering soups . Nebula Trip is getting the Mulligatawny soup . Mulligatawny is a soup which originated from South Indian cuisine. The name originates from the Tamil words muḷagāy (Tamil: 'chilli pepper') or muḷagu ( 'black pepper'), and taṇṇi (, 'water'). It is related to the dish rasam. This recipe does not have a thick base. It is simply water boiled with spices and drumsticks and herbs. He says it is very good , but not very spicy . It is hot too. I am getting the Lentil soup or Dahl. Dahl (also spelled dhal, daal, and dal) is essentially a thick South Asian-inspired lentil stew that is often prepared with ghee or clarified butter . This red lentil recipe for the popular Indian dish uses a little sesame oil for depth and flavor in place of the traditional ghee, which makes it vegan. This is real good . It's not very spicy but it hot temperature-wise. For his drink, Boomer is having the mango lassi. Mango lassi is a delicious creamy drink with mango , yogurt, milk , a little sugar, and a sprinkling of cardamom. He says it is very good ! I am getting chai (or Darjeeling milk tea ). Masala chai is a tea beverage made by boiling black tea in milk and water with a mixture of aromatic herbs and spices. This is good ! I haven't had chai in quite some time. For an appetizer, we are sharing a Chicken Chili which is marinated chicken with bell peppers in soya and oyster sauce. Soy sauce (also called simply soy in American English) and sometimes soya sauce in British English) is a liquid condiment of Chinese origin, traditionally made from a fermented paste of soybeans, roasted grain, brine, and Aspergillus oryzae or Aspergillus sojae molds. It is considered to contain a strong umami flavor. For my next drink, I'm having masala tea . Masala tea is made by brewing tea in water together with the spices, sugar and a touch of milk added later. In India , it is common to add a variety of herbs and spices to the everyday tea or chai that we make. The types of herbs and spices used vary from family to family. For our entrees, Boomer is having the Chicken Mushroom Muglahi ("Muglhai" according to Wikipedia) which is boneless pieces of chicken and mushrooms all cooked in mild, creamy nut and "reach" (rich?) gravy. Mughlai cuisine consists of dishes developed in the medieval Indo-Persian cultural centres of the Mughal Empire. It represents a combination of cuisine of the Indian subcontinent with the cooking styles and recipes of Central Asian and Islamic cuisine. Mughlai cuisine is strongly influenced by the Turkic cuisine of Central Asia, the region where the early Mughal emperors originally hailed from, and it has in turn strongly influenced the regional cuisines of Northern India , Pakistan and Bangladesh . The tastes of Mughlai cuisine vary from extremely mild to spicy, and are often associated with a distinctive aroma and the taste of ground and whole spices. He says it is very good , but it's not very spicy . I am getting the Lamb Chili Do Piyaja which is lamb cooked with onion , green chili and herbs (a "little hot " per the menu). This is good ! It's not very spicy . For dessert , Boomer is having gulab jamun which are "cheese" (not really; they are more like pancake balls in a light honey syrup) balls dipped in syrup. Gulab jamun (also spelled gulaab jamun) is a milk-solid-based sweet, originating in Indian subcontinent and a type of mithai popular in India , Nepal , Pakistan , the Maldives (where it is known as gulab ki janu), and Bangladesh,

Was craving Indian food so this was the first restaurant that came up on Uber eats. The food is delicious however it’s mild. Being Indian myself I understand that everyone can’t handle the heat from our spices but I’d love it if I had that option. The lamb tikka Marsala was amazing. Glad I found somewhere nearby my job that I can order lunch from. Happy Diwali and may your dreams come true.

This is one of our favorite Indian restaurants. We miss the buffet since COVID, but the food is still excellent.

The food was okay. My biggest gripe is the service. I called in my order which was fine. I show up to pick it up and no one was there to greet or say hello. Once someone did come out, I still wasn't acknowledged. Someone else came in after me to place an order and the employee addressed him before he addressed me which was super rude. I told him which order was mine and he asked for my payment. He didn't tell me how much it was going to be or anything until I said something like woah how much is my total. My total ended up being $10 more than my estimate based on the prices from their website. When I told him this he said the prices on the website haven't been updated in 2 years. I told him that they might want to update that then. Honestly, the food wasn't worth that extra $10. It wasn't THAT good. He didn't offer any type of apology or discount to honor their website or anything. I reluctantly paid though. I got back to my hotel and assumed I wouldn't have utensils based on my experience to this point and as I suspected, no utensils. If I ever find myself back in this area, I will absolutely not give this business another dime.

The Samosa Chaat, Vegetable Pakoras,Lentil Soup & Roti are a few of my favs. We order here primarily for their vegetarian options; therefore, we will not be a good source for recommendations on any of the meat menu items. We enjoy their vegetarian choices.

For all the people who are reading these reviews, figuring out which Indian restaurant to try. Please do yourself a favor and skip this one. Even better, add this to the list of places never to visit. The service is appalling. The manager is rude and incompetent. The food is midiocre. This restaurant is a prime example of a dying restaurant to whom we need to say good bye. You know it's bad when they start serving you FROZEN PARANTHAS and the manager has no interest in his customers. The only good thing going for it is that it servers a good laxative alternative in its indo Chinese cuisine, which happens to be a rarity in the US.All in all, do try this place when you have a craving for fresh frozen food and a good cleansing of the colon.

Messed up my order and was trying to sell me a different from what I wanted and gave me what I didn't even order.

Food was delicious and tasty. But they sometimes don’t pick the phone. So that’s need to be corrected.
