One of the best linguini and clam sauces that I have ever had! Food portions were large, bread was excellent and service was strong. Only knock for those who use a wheelchair: their stair chair was broken. Thanks though to the waiter who helped me carry my wife, in her wheelchair up and down the 5 or so stairs.

For some it was their first time at Windsor Steak and Seafood and they were surprised that they had not read about how great a restaurant it is. They all said they would dine here again!
