Never again!!! I'd be shocked if this place is still open in 3 months. I've been here about 6 times and it just keeps getting worse with each visit. (Why did I keep coming back then?) Only because I live around the corner and I really wanted this place to succeed after other failed attempts at this location. On my latest visit, I observed a bartender take off his mask with one hand (While making a drink in the other) and hand it to a server, (who for some reason was wearing sunglasses indoors) She took his mask and put it on and picked up a tray of drinks to run it out to the floor. The wings are some of the worst I've ever had. The nachos came out and the cheese wasn't even melted. Nobody knows how to make even the most basic of drinks. The pizza was decent when they first opened but even that has gone down the toilet since. I could walk to this place but I'd rather drive somewhere else to eat or drink.

We were the only customers in the entire place. It took over 40 minutes for our food to come out. My burger was very well done when I asked for rare, also they cooked and burnt the onions. When they brought the food out they told us they didn’t have the right bread to make my mother in laws sandwich. They really didn’t not care when we brought up our problems. Also for a tap room they only had about 4 beers on tap. Not sure how you can be a taproom and be out of beers. When we brought that up to the server his response was ‘it’s always like this here’ we asked for a manager and were told it was only him the the cook there. Horrible experience don’t waste your time going there or money. Spent $60 for food that sucked

Our experience was not a good one, place was dirty and tables unclean, never ever had food that had no taste. We had Shrimp coatail they were over cooked and the sauce was dry looked frozen but it was not, chicken wings were better only no blue cheese with it, fish and chips no taste at all. We were very disappointed.Hopefully some one else will enjoy it more

Burger was good, no bartender so check before you order a mixed drink. I ordered an Old Fashioned and she brought me a bourbon with a sugar packet dumped in. Manhatten at the next table was also sent back and the pizza at the other table was not eaten and comped, waitstaff was doing a lot of apologizing tonight. A lot more was wrong than a missing bartender tonight.

Very nice restaurant! I was very impressed with the food and service. It is located right by the train station in town so you can enjoy the trains if you enjoy trains. Plus they also offer outside seating. Will come back!

I've been coming to this place along with paulo's other restaurants for years now. i've grown to know some of the staff. Treated absolutely terrible by the owner. They are all troopers. If you go in and see a mostly new staff, it is most likely because they couldn't take it anymore. I went in the other day and the staff has almost completely changed since the one before CoVid shut it down. I talked to a server who then explained who had left and why. I will be surprised if this restaurant lasts as it has lost one of the most hard working servers it had. The tall skinny girl with long brown hair that usually can be seen bussing tables, helping other servers, helping the bartender, and most of all trying to organize the shitshow due to the fact that they either have no manager, or a manager that does jack s**** Ive spoken to her very few times but she truly enjoyed her customers there and the fact that she dealt with the owner for such a long period of time is something to be proud of. If you're reading this your customers miss you! We saw how much you did. Also to all the other staff at trainwreck, Great job with your job. the reason for the three stars is the terrible owner!
