Food was good but the service left alot to be desired. Server asked if we wanted more chips and salsa, we said yes. Fifteen minutes later still did not have any chips. Asked the young woman bringing water about getting the chips and she said she would check on it. Ten minutes later still no chips. Don't ask if your not going to bring the item. Also ran out of red wine.

Went there for a party which was preplanned so I figured fast service no it was not I did not get served for over an hour I saw other patrons who came in after myself get served and left full food was not that great but pizza was good

I just paid $10 for a “pepperoni” grinder to go. There was literally $.75 in pepperoni and a $.60 bag of lays potato chips. There was so little meat on the grinder that I could see through it. I’ve been there before with decent results but this is just inexcusable. I paid in cash and they completed the transaction with money out of their pocket, seems more like a money laundering operation.

I have been here in the past for lunch and the food was always good, we decided to go today for lunch and I noticed the regular staff wasn't there. I decided to give it a try since I'm on my lunch break, I ordered a Cheese Burger w/ sweet potato fries. The burger was ok but the fries were horrible they tasted like they were cooked in old stale oil. And the prices are way to high for mediocre food . I will never ever go back to this place again. #bubbleguts

OMG! Such amazing food. Everything was so delicious. We had the bruschetta that was made with arugula and a fine balsamic. The cheese lasagna was terrific and their cannolis are perfection. The servers are so nice too. Honestly, this place serves some of the best Italian fare I have ever eaten.

Ordered 2 sandwiches and a salad for pick up. Showed up with the front of house wondering why I took so long.... I then got my food and realized they messed up the entire order when they even read my order back to me with the bag on the counter. Also asked for no onions on the salad and wasn't surprised when I saw onions all over the salad. Did not appreciate the glares from the kitchen as this was the restaurants mess up and not mine. Portobello sandwich was supposed to have red peppers not green and was not aware the turkey blt had brie on it.... No longer getting my business which it looks like the place desperately needs...

Good food, quaint atmosphere, TERRIBLE service!! We have continued to give this place a try every few months especially after hearing it changed owners/management!! A nice quiet, quaint little restaurant The food was very good but the service was deplorable. Our waiter spent the entire time hanging out in the corner with his friends. We had sat down well and even ordered before this group he seemed to be entertaining and they had gotten their food well before us! We ordered the buffalo chicken fries to start which came out with my Caesar salad pizza (THAT IS A HUGE PET PEEVE OF MINE) appetizers are "starters" NOT "sides".. then we had to wait another half an hour for my husbands burger! Food was quickly dropped and ran back to his entertainment gig. The fries were good..a little soggy and some weren't cooked all the way through and we're certainly light on the chicken. Give the Chicken Caesar pizza a try!! I've never had it before and was definitely something different and very good! All-in-all the food was really good but our experience and the service was absolutely terrible..I tried waving down our waiter a few times and was ignored. Eventually walked up to counter to ask the other waitress for a box and our check. Good food, quaint atmosphere, terrible service.
