Delivery wasn't prompt and pizza was warm at best. Person taking the order was in a rush on the phone and the driver did not know where to deliver food accurately. Overall led to a disappointing meal. When at the store food is better but this experience has left a bad taste in my family's mouth.

Anyone leaving anything under a four star review at the least is out of their mind. This place is absolutely what you should expect it to be. A pizzeria in a plaza that serves other things. The pizza is fantastic. Always consistent. And absolutely reasonably priced. For the price of a small pizza from Pepe's you can get two of their large cheese pizzas. That's an exaggeration but you get my point.. Anyway.. I recommend their barbecue chicken pizza with grilled chicken and onions. I think they use vidalia (Not sure if I spelled that right, but I'm not taking the time to Google it either) onions so it's sweet and delicious.

Goal is try all pizzerias near waterbury. Walked in for 2 slices. Very tasty. Perfect crust, cheese and just the right sauce. I think if it was fresh it would be even better. But i found my go to pizzeria:)

Everytime I get there at the time they say. The pizza is ready and still ?. Great place.
I ordered Chicken Parmesan, Meatball and Sausage Entres, stuffed Mushrooms and 2 Canolies for a candle light dinner for my lovely wife and I. Unfortunately it had no flavor at all. The soup had a disappointing watered down consistency and the lack of flavor was simply not making their name an injustice to all of our pizza spots/restaurants in the BRONX where we're originally from. I'm hopeful that our dessert later on with our coffee will justify the $55 sadly spent. Their chef seems to have forgotten to bless the spaghetti sauce with salt and pepper and a pinch of sugar. The acidity was so great that we are now suffering with acid reflux! For the first time ever our little doggy refused to eat with us ...she didn't like it as well. I must say that their pizza is good.. I miss my pizza spot in The Bronx now more than ever!

I highly recommend Slice Of The Bronx!!!! There is not a bad thing you could have from this Menu!!!! Definitely worth every penny you're gonna spend!!! They have a forever Customer!!

Good pizza and pasta dishes. The dining room wasn't open when we went due to Covid. But our take-out experience was fine. It was down the street from our AirBNB. Not the best Italian I have had but a solid place for a tasty slice and dessert.
