Think the reviews on here are either friends or family. Ordered 3 bagel sandwiches. All were hard af / stale. The egg was overcooked. Lox was OK. Side of bacon was dripping in grease..

I was there around noon on a Sunday. There were quite a few people standing while waiting for their orders. Staff seems very efficient. I ordered an everything bagel with vegetable cream cheese. Next time, I'll need to try it, not toasted. It's slightly out of my way. I happened to be in the area. There are a few places closer to me in Seymour that are just as good.

1st time to this bagel shop near Waterbury. Great selection of bagels, muffins, cream cheese, etc. No long waits, no burnt bacon, great pricing and selection with friendly and helpful staff. Worth the trip in Wolcott to support this local eatery. I typically go to another place popular in Waterbury, now this will be my go to place for bagels. Able to eat outside if the weather is nice as well.

Have ordered bagels via a door dash a few times for my shop. One of the only places that you can do half or full dozen assorted via DoorDash! Bagels are always really good! Today I ordered a breakfast wrap, egg, spinach feta and bacon. OH MY GOD!!! One of the best breakfast wraps I’ve had in a LONG time!!! Super yummy!! Will continue to go back!

Very nice place, called ahead for my order it was ready when I went to pick it up in less than 10 minutes. The bagels were good and had plenty of cream cheese in them but not too much..💓

I go in early 5:30-6am. Staff always has a smile and willing to serve. Bagels are fresh as well as having other sandwiches and drinks available.

This was my first time visiting the Bagel Factory & Deli, and it did not disappoint! The menu had a good variety of breakfast and lunch items as well as some bakery options. We got breakfast sandwiches on french toast bagels, coffee cake, and a chocolate chip muffin. Everything was very tasty. It’s a great local business that I was happy to support!
Parking: There are some parking spots available in the front of the restaurant, and I believe I saw additional parking behind the building, as well.
Bagel tasted good. But why are there only 3.25 sesame seeds on the sesame seed bagel? Like cmon now I didn't want plain. But it tasted plain and it was good.

Great bagels but they charge way too much for extras... like a slice of cheese and a tomato..my sandwich was like 14$... way too much money for what u get!!! I'd keep it at a minimum bc the price for a tomato slice or cheese is not worth it. Good bagels though! And tuna is great
