Ordered 2 iced coffee from this location which was very sweet and had no coffee in it barely what so ever. I called the location to see what could happen the Manager then said to come in they will remake it. When I got to the store he started looking at the iced coffee and said well it’s because you ordered 4 liquid sugars and 5 creams. First of all the customer is always right no matter what you shouldn’t be arguing with a customer. 2 the guy that made the coffee which I was watching him make my coffee and he barley put iced coffee in it on top of that the cup wasn’t even filled to the top. Then the manager started arguing with me in the store on how he’s been doing it longer than me. I order this coffee everyday from other Dunkin’s and it has never tasted or been like this. Never again will I come to this location. The manager argues with the customers instead of helping the situation and making me come back as a customer which I went to the location a lot. If I were you I wouldn’t come here very poor management.

Was trying to order a breakfast sandwich at drive through ..nothing crazy and was met with attitude. Training on customer service definitely seems to be lacking. Also person at drive through window took payment and shoved me the food without saying anything. I said thank you in polite manner and they slammed window on me. Will definitely rethink about going here. Not the way I want to start any morning.

I was asked if my Dunkin Donuts experience has changed... let me count the ways. Dunkin Donuts is now rebranded. It's just Dunkin now. Why oh why would they do that. Did they hire the firm that reformulated Coca Cola? Many reading probably do not now about Cokes re-gigering of the Coke formula. Let's say that it wasn't a good idea. Was Dunkin ashamed of their donuts? I can't even say the new name. Don't get me wrong. I like the coffee very much. It's a good cup. Maybe Dunkin Coffee? I am not happy with the limited variety of donuts now. I am not always happy with the quality of the donuts. Tried the new Watermelon Donut? Must be the people from Coke again. Don't get me going. I may be able to afford a Dunkin sometime and I don't want the servers looking mean at me. One lady note. The staff at the Wolcott store have always been nice and efficient. Hats off to them.
