I was asked if my Dunkin Donuts experience has changed... let me count the ways. Dunkin Donuts is now rebranded. It's just Dunkin now. Why oh why would they do that. Did they hire the firm that reformulated Coca Cola? Many reading probably do not now about Cokes re-gigering of the Coke formula. Let's say that it wasn't a good idea. Was Dunkin ashamed of their donuts? I can't even say the new name. Don't get me wrong. I like the coffee very much. It's a good cup. Maybe Dunkin Coffee? I am not happy with the limited variety of donuts now. I am not always happy with the quality of the donuts. Tried the new Watermelon Donut? Must be the people from Coke again. Don't get me going. I may be able to afford a Dunkin sometime and I don't want the servers looking mean at me. One lady note. The staff at the Wolcott store have always been nice and efficient. Hats off to them.

EMPLOYEES ARE SLOW,RUDE,DISHONEST.THEY TRIED TO STEAL MY DDGIFT CARD WITH A BIG BALANCE ON IT A FEW MONTHS BACK.EMPLOYEES ARE HORRIBLE. GO TO THE DD ON MERIDEN RD,THOSE PEOPLE ARE GREAT!!! COURTEOUS,FAST,CLEANER THAN THE WOLCOTT RD LOCATION. MIDDLEBURY,AND STRAITS TURNPIKE LOCATION IN WATERTOWN ARE GREAT PEOPLE,AND PLACES ALSO.STARVE THE WOLCOTT RD ,WOLCOTT LOCATION OUTTA THERE,THEY SUCK!!!!!!!

Just ordered a latte that tasted like milk with a drop of espresso,☕️ instead of a shot. Whoever was making the lattes today (friday) sucks. I wouldn’t be so bothered if I wasn’t paying almost $5 for an extremely low quality latte.

This location always has the rudest employees. They also steal from the customers, if you pay cash don’t expect your change back. My order came out to $5.79 and I gave $6 but the girl at the window didn’t give me the charge back. Not crying over 21 cents but it’s not the first time they having given change back and it the principal behind it.
