I ordered a coffee and 1 heart-shaped jelly donut. The donut was stale, I didn't finish it and threw it out. Coffee was fine. My point is, if your specialty is donuts, dont sell stale ones! GEEZ! I always have this happen at other Dunkin's as well. Next time, I'm going to ask if the donuts are fresh before I order to go.

Went through the drive thru, they got my order wrong (just a 10 count of munchkins), then they gave me old/hard munchkins that even my kids rejected. Gross Dunkin Donuts, I do not recommended coming to this one.

Employees are rude. If going here before work expect to be late. I placed a mobile order and when I arrived to pick it up they told me it still wasnât ready and I had to pull up to the front. I waited and no one ever came and I had to go inside was told that âwasnât outsideâ. When I finally got my order it wasnât even correct.
More than twice my order thru the drive thru has been wrong. I let it go the first two times until it happened again so I go inside in they have the nerve to tell me to make sure what I said was correct even though it was confirmed before I got to the window. There are some foreign blond women who cannot read English and barely speak the language and have such a nasty additude. I will contact the manager about this.

Clean restaurant but overly priced as are most Dunkin establishments. Server Bill cares for the customers. He carries out orders to us elderly. He asks how everything is while telling if there is anything he can do to let us know. He takes the time to know the customer. He makes you feel at home and speaking for me keeps me coming back for more. I give this Dunkin 5 Stars and recommend it to others.

The short young woman who is either Spanish or black who is working behind the counter today at 1:40 p.m. With the visor on has a very nasty attitude. She is rude, rolls her eyes and speaks very nastily to people. I will never ever come back here again. Very ghetto.
