We've been to Johnny Bs 3 times. 1st time was just after Christmas, 2nd time New Year's Eve. Both of these were GREAT!! The Clam chowder, amazing, all the food was Great! Good food, drinks & service. Went last night, we couldn't have been more disappointed with food and service. It was terrible!!!!!! We had to look for the waitress for our drink refills, utilities, and the check not to mention 1 of the 4 meals. When the last meal was finally brought to the table 15 minutes after everyone else's it was water logged. It was supposed to be the same as one of the other meals previously delivered but their plate didn't have water or any other liquid flowing in the plate. I should have sent it back but didn't want to make a screen as we were celebrating. We bragged about it to everyone after the 1st 2 times, NOW we're not sure if we'll go back.

On October 8, 2025 there were a group of 25 that dined at Johnny B's, and we celebrated a friend's birthday there, and the food, and service was SPECTACULAR, and I would like to thank Kelly our server for doing a FANTASTIC job, so she DESERVED a total of 5 stars.

I arrived at 6:40 on Wednesday steak night waited at one of the dirty tables for 15 minutes no tables were cleaned. We decided to sit at the large family table (3 of us) we were finally helped at 7:10 we ordered our first drinks and looked at the menu. We finished our first drinks and sat around waiting for the waitress when she showed up we ordered another drink, and our food sat around and waited some more finished those drinks and then the salad started to show up one at a time for two out of three of us Finally at 8:25 I decided to get up and leave after the people I was with receive their salad 5 minutes apart and finished them well one of our main courses came out and I still did not receive my salad. The service and quality has dropped immensely and I used to really enjoy Wednesday night dinners.

Johnny B's is a cool hole in the wall please. They just remodeled it a few years back and when you go inside it's beautiful. Don't wear your colors. They're not allowing that anymore, don't know why. The food is great and the atmosphere is cool too.
Sunday seafood specials are so great, loving the little neck clams on the half shell and the lobster rolls 😋

My aunt and I with my three year old daughter came in. There was maybe two to three other tables there. It seemed slow so we figured it would be a perfect in and out. We sat down ordered, I told the waitress I have a dairy allergy and I asked if the plate had any in it she said it shouldn’t. I made it VERY clear to her I have an allergy to dairy, I know sometimes some places use butter to cook certain things. So she said okay butter allergy. I was a tad confused. We about 30 mins in and asked if it was coming out soon, the waitress shot so much attitude to my aunt, and got snippy with us telling us the restaurant was very busy and the kitchen is hot and slammed. Again there was two to three other tables. She continued to say oh well door dash is why. Im sorry but people in your establishment should come first. By the time 45 to 50 mins went by we asked for it to go because we were hungry and my child was getting anxious. Again we figured it would be quick because they did not look busy. We were given the bill (she dropped the check off pretty nasty like as well) and still no food.
(The waitress was also throwing back handed comments at another table towards us.) An hour in we got our food to go.
And today I am sick as a dog. I had nothing else to eat yesterday to be dead honest.
Mind you when I got home and saw my “meal” it was a mess, salsa leaking all over. And for the price and how much food I got I was not pleased.
Plus I am sick.
I am very disappointed on my second experience here.
First time was amazing. But this was not acceptable.

Wow... First time at Johnny B's, and definitely not the last. We were one of 3 large parties their that night, and the kitchen, and all wait staff were absolutely on their game! The food was terrific and completely a step above what a place as this you would think could put out, so my compliments to the kitchen, you nailed it! Thanks for all the hospitality that was shown by everyone waiting on our party! You are truly a diamond in the rough.

Idk where yall been hiding but 5 stars for real and I'm hard to impress as I'm also a chef.
1. I door dashed. 2. They were out of something and actually used the out of stock button so I was immediately refunded (seems common sense but most places don't do this and then I have to fight door dash.) 3. The food. Holy crap - delicious and MASSIVE PORTIONS. 4. It was very quick and everything was still hot.
I couldn't be happier for real, now you have set the bar high but will have a cust for life.
Good looks for real color me impressed.
