Came on Sunday night to Zuppa and it was overall just superb! My boyfriend and I were sat at the bar and had the most amazing server Corey. He was kind, observant and knowledgeable bartender. The French onion soup was out of this world definitely going back to see Corey and try all the other menu items we wanted to try. Highly recommend for you to go try it out !

Do not waste your money going to this restaurant however if you do make sure Corey is NOT YOUR WAITER.The worst experience ever in any restaurant. I have been to many, many restaurants and never had such an experience with this restaurant. This person SHOULD NOT BE A WAITER or working with the public. He is to lazy to explain the menu to customers, he is to lazy to bring out bread without us asking for it, he is to lazy to refill water glasses on his accord...he is Just Plains LAZY! We asked for our sauce not to be to hot i.e. spicy. It was spicy. The food is adequate..overpriced restaurant with a pathetic excuse for a waiter. He asked would you like a soup or salad with your entree leading us to believe it came with our meal. Upon receiving the bill he charged an extra $6.00 for the soup. When we brought this to his attention he offered no compensation or refund at all. Save your money and DO NOT GO TO THIs RESTAURANT! If I can give this restaurant zero stars, I would

Such a great spot! I know it does not look it from the outside but it's such an amazing place to eat! I had the French Onion and Garlic bread and it was the best French onion, and I'm a chef! Will definitely be eating there any time we come to Walcott!

Zuppa is by far the best Italian restaurant in western/central CT! You’d have to go to Hartford or New Haven to get dishes that are still not at the level of quality and flavor that is served here. I’ve had almost all, if not every, entree on the menu, and every time my thought is: this is the best chicken Parm, Marsala, Diego, Jordan, Scarp, etc. I’ve ever had. The steaks are phenomenal, and the hidden gems are on the starters/soup/salad menu. Zuppa has my #1 ranked Caesar salad, and the French onion soup is an amazingly delicious combo of cheese, savory broth, and greatness. You are missing out if you don’t add the Zuppa di Clams to your order! The atmosphere, friendly staff, and excellent service makes the experience all that much more enjoyable!

Never been and the kiddo medley at the tournament so they get a burger and dad gets shrimp fra diavolo on linguine and a slammin little cup of pasta fagiola. A well made Manhattan rounded it out for the adult.

They were a having a party in a bit so even being a little slow noticing we were there was cool because the food was prepared promptly and I'll eat it again.

Negatives: It's a small place, the parking lot sucks, and if I was in there during a catered party it would be loud (but also, it's a resturant)
