Love the 1754 House... the rooms are very nice! Love the Flat Five Tavern, located in the basement of the 1754 House. ALWAYS a fun vibe, ALWAYS a great crowd, and the staff is amazing! Especially the bartender Amanda and the owner Chef Mike... cheers!!
We needed somewhere to stay on our way to Cape Cod, so booked a night at the 1754 House. The meal we had in the restaurant was stellar - some of the best burgers ever, plus excellent service. The room was also super cute, with a really comfy bed - and it was so fun getting to trundle upstairs after our delicious meal. Tonight was our first time at this restaurant. Since COVID we have felt that there has been a drastic decline in the reliability of getting good food with good service. Our experience tonight was top notch in all aspects. Our waiter Andrew was awesome. The apps, main course and dessert were excellent. I think we have found a new favorite restaurant .
