Terrible pizza. Tasteless, odorless. $30 for a hard piece of baked dough.Store bought sliced sausage and canned mushrooms? Really!!! What happened to your pizza? Will not ever return there!

Ordered for pick up 2 chicken wraps with red onions and mayo. Got home and had lettuce, pickles, cheese, dressing, etc. Called and politely explained and lady answered and said "oh sorry, have a nice day" and hung up. You would think they would offer an exchange or a free soda can for next time, or something due to their mistake, but nope. Good bye. Last several months unfortunately their pizza and pick up orders have dropped in quality. Used to be great

I had lost power for 28 hours last week. I called Carlito’s on Friday evening 6/28 after I got my electricity back ?. I had salad, warm rolls, fried zucchini with marinara sauce, my entree was 2 sautéed soft shell crabs & pasta. The service was amazing! Food delicious! I decided I had room for dessert. I sat in the lounge and had a scrumptious chocolate lava cake!!! I don’t want all of my food delivered at once. At Carlito’s I didn’t feel rushed. Warm rolls and ice water. Appetizer. Salad. Entree. All served after you have finished the previous course. I enjoyed a very relaxed evening! Thank you Carlito’s. Servers, please keep smiling! ?
Parking: As Carlitos is a small restaurant and has takeout; they have clearly marked area for takeout and dining parking. A well lit parking lot. I was catching up on my messages in the parking lot and the owner stopped & asked me if I was okay!!! ?
Kid-friendliness: Outdoor or indoor dining!! Definitely a family friendly place!

The food was authentic Italian. Their sauces are made from scratch, and are light and creamy, not overpowered by garlic. The cavatelli and ravioli are homemade and delicious. Our waitress was Cindy and she was very friendly and attentive.

Ordered food to go. Pasta and meatballs were completely bland. Lobster raviolis were disgusting. Tasted synthetic and chemical like and tasted like they were previously frozen guessing they buy them that way and just reheat them. Apple ala mode was STILL FROZEN when I got it. This place seriously does not care. I highly recommend staying away

Don't try and get take out. I've called twice in so many months and have been told that they're closed. Closed at 7pm? Really? And they were really rude about it. There are a lot of other places to eat that treat you better.

Ordered pork chops and waited 45 minutes. Pork came out raw and I sent it back. I spoke with a manager who spoke broken English. He left to check what happened and never returned to our table. Service, food and drinks were not satisfactory. We will not return. It used to be much better... Highly disappointed

Food price / quality (value) rating 8. My second visit here was not quite as good as my first. I had the grilled pork chops with sauteed onions. It's very good that fresh rolls and a salad are included with the entree. The chops themselves were poorly trimmed. There was a choice for a side dish and I chose "roasted vegetables". I was served some slices of squash only, which is the ultimate least amount of effort and expense any restaurant can serve a customer. Service was good, but not great. Overall, the experience was good.
