Got home and had lettuce, pickles, cheese, dressing, etc. Called and politely explained and lady answered and said "oh sorry, have a nice day" and hung up. You would think they would offer an exchange or a free soda can for next time, or something due to their mistake, but nope. Good bye. Last several months unfortunately their pizza and pick up orders have dropped in quality. Used to be great

I had lost power for 28 hours last week. I called Carlito’s on Friday evening 6/28 after I got my electricity back ?. I had salad, warm rolls, fried zucchini with marinara sauce, my entree was 2 sautéed soft shell crabs & pasta. The service was amazing! Food delicious! I decided I had room for dessert. I sat in the lounge and had a scrumptious chocolate lava cake!!! I don’t want all of my food delivered at once. At Carlito’s I didn’t feel rushed. Warm rolls and ice water. Appetizer. Salad. Entree. All served after you have finished the previous course. I enjoyed a very relaxed evening! Thank you Carlito’s. Servers, please keep smiling! ?
Parking: As Carlitos is a small restaurant and has takeout; they have clearly marked area for takeout and dining parking. A well lit parking lot. I was catching up on my messages in the parking lot and the owner stopped & asked me if I was okay!!! ?

The food was authentic Italian. Their sauces are made from scratch, and are light and creamy, not overpowered by garlic. The cavatelli and ravioli are homemade and delicious. Our waitress was Cindy and she was very friendly and attentive.

Ordered food to go. Pasta and meatballs were completely bland. Lobster raviolis were disgusting. Tasted synthetic and chemical like and tasted like they were previously frozen guessing they buy them that way and just reheat them. Apple ala mode was STILL FROZEN when I got it. This place seriously does not care. I highly recommend staying away

Ordered pork chops and waited 45 minutes. Pork came out raw and I sent it back. I spoke with a manager who spoke broken English. He left to check what happened and never returned to our table. Service, food and drinks were not satisfactory. We will not return. It used to be much better... Highly disappointed

Food price / quality (value) rating 8. My second visit here was not quite as good as my first. I had the grilled pork chops with sauteed onions. It's very good that fresh rolls and a salad are included with the entree. The chops themselves were poorly trimmed. There was a choice for a side dish and I chose "roasted vegetables". I was served some slices of squash only, which is the ultimate least amount of effort and expense any restaurant can serve a customer. Service was good, but not great. Overall, the experience was good.

Even though we haven’t been out this way, in quite some time, we always remembered enjoying Carlitos and decided we wanted to see if it was still as good. We did read some reviews of recent before heading over. And, I must say now that we’ve had our own experience, I’m a little confused and disappointed in those bad reviews. Literally, there was nothing we could complain about!Every single thing was to perfection! From the warmth of the room, on a cold day, to the very friendly and attentive bartenders, Rose and John, to the perfectly cooked and proportioned food, and the well priced, (and poured) glass of wine.I’m sure everyone knows that the rolls they serve are so perfectly delicious and warm. Add to that the potato and sausage appetizer, which totally hit the spot like no other! Followed up by the Carlitos salad, that we chose to add scallops too. Yum!And, then, though stuffed, we had to try the mushrooms risotto! We were both thrilled that it was cooked to perfection. Al dente, creamy, and oh so flavorful! I truly don’t think you even need to add a protein to it. It definitely can stand on its own. Honestly, even the bar height, along with the comfortable chairs, tied everything together for a wonderful lunch time date. Thank you all for a fabulous experience! S&L Mystic.

Normally great- food is fantastic. Went for lunch today with my mother and they were hosting a party that was so loud we couldn’t even talk to each other. Asked to be reseated in the bar area- no luck. Then asked for our order to be cancelled and was told it was “too late”- ok take it to go… not even what we ordered when we went out to sort out orders on the hood of my car

We go on a regular basis. Sometimes eat in the bar area, and sometimes in the restaurant. The bartender John is great. Very friendly and makes a great drink. Always pleasant conversation. The hostess, or maybe supposed to be the manager, is not very friendly and spends most of her time on the phone or playing with the kitchen staff. Kitchen staff gets loud. The guy who makes the pizza and bread is obnoxious. The other night he was chasing the waitress around with a broom making her scream. She could be heard across the restaurant. Not very pleasant when eating dinner. All in all, good food and drinks, but the staff needs some discipline and improvement to be more customer oriented.
