This restaurant is close Very disappointing to drive all the way here an found out is close and property is for sale
I recently hosted a gathering for 21 persons at this fine establishment. Everything went perfectly at this charming venue. Kerri, the owner-manager and her wonderful staff were efficient, accommodating and cooperative and our special requests were honored without fuss.
too much expensive here! but the price are reasonable
Good but not great food.
From.the reservation process to paying the bill a great experience. There were 2 couples dining on a Saturday night. We had asked for a table out of the way so we could talk. The table choice was perfect. The wait staff was very courteous and totally unobtrusive when bringing food or drinks. The food was excellent. My pork chops were done perfectly, seasoned well and nicely priced. My wife had a chicken dish which she felt was really tasty. The other couple opted for seafood, a branzino dish and a shrimp dish. Both prepared to perfection. The only issue is parking. Although the lot was plowed there were icy spots that were hard to see as lot is not well lighted. Makes itvtough for us seniors.
Great ambience. Good food. Lovely people.
Quiet, cozy spot with great service and ambiance.
Sam's meals are the best! We love his seafood dishes, not to mention his exclusive excellent dessert "a la grecque". It's our favorite place to destress.
Wonderful food, excellent service! Truly worth visiting!
This is a lovely restaurant with lots of windows overlooking the stone patio. Food is excellent with many choices. We had a nice conversation with the owner and found the service and ambiance very comfortable and enjoyable. The drinks were a very good pour - not like some others that give you nothing in the glass for $12. The furnishings are nicely done, rooms have nice decor with beautiful ceiling moldings, etc. Location is excellent right on Route 6 just at the southern tip of town and easy to get to from I84 (less than 5 minutes). If traveling this would be a nice place to stop for dinner. You can also stay overnight at the Evergreen B&B right down the road. Woodbury is an Antique Center if you want to spend a day/weekend.

Attractive dining room in a pretty colonial house in a quaint Connecticut town. Our waiter, Klaudio, was attentive and professional. The food was outstanding in presentation and taste from appetizer through dessert.
We went for a visit and found out you needed a reservation. As an out of towner this was an inconvenience to my self and the party I came with.
A quaint restaurant located in the former bed and breakfast, this is a dining destination. Each individual is a special patron and the menu has delightful choices for the meal. Portions are good, well prepared, and presented beautifully. This was our second visit. We will definitely return....but limited to Tuesday - Saturday....
I had many memorable dinners here with my grandmother in the 1980s and 1990s. Exceptional cuisine.
We had a wonderful outdoor dinner. The food and serve were very good. The appetizers salads and main courses were all enjoyable. Though the fish was a bit dry. Even the decaf coffee was just right. The service was attentive and respectful. We will be back.
