We went to Woodstock Tavern after visiting Woodstock country shops in the same plaza. The restaurant is nicely decorated. The bar is quite large and plenty of TVs. We were seated right away at a nice table. I have a gluten allergy and was happy to see gluten-free roll options on the menu. I had the Philly steak sandwich on a gluten-free roll. The fryer is not gluten-free so I was offered a side salad for $2 more. The steak sandwich was dry, but had good flavor. My mother-in-law had the Swiss burger. She said it was very good, again a little dry. The waitress never asked how she wanted her burger cooked, so it came out well done. Next time we would make sure we gave a temperature on the burger. She said the fries were crispy and delicious. The dessert options looked enticing, but we were full so we didn't opt for dessert. Next time we'll try the brownie sundae. I used the ladies room. It was clean and very nice. The Woodstock Tavern is a nice addition to the and area. I will come again.

This is the first time we have been here since it has a new name and ownership, the remodel looks great and make so much more sense, food is reasonably priced and service was good... the highlight for me was the cauliflower wings, you can get them in any flavor as regular wings, We got the buffalo cauliflower and it was great! Even my husband liked them and he is not usually a believer, we will be back!!

Woodstock Tavern exceeded all expectations! From the moment we stepped in, the inviting atmosphere welcomed us with open arms. The clean countertops and well-maintained interior set the stage for a delightful dining experience. The star of the show was undoubtedly their mango lemonade - a refreshing burst of flavor that perfectly complemented our meal. And speaking of meals, their poutine plate was out of this world! Each bite was a symphony of flavors and textures, leaving us craving more. The combination of crispy fries, savory gravy, and gooey cheese curds was simply irresistible. Overall, Woodstock Tavern deserves every bit of its 5-star rating. Exceptional food, impeccable service, and a cozy ambiance make it a must-visit spot for any food enthusiast.

Been twice first time was better than the last. I went when it just opened then back few months later. The second time I was told the drinks We’re going to take some time as the bar was busy but it’s funny I was sitting in the bar area on a high top and one of the bartenders I think maybe even the owner was drinking behind the bar while doing his work not a good sign and the food wasn’t that great the second time really average but not great. I definitely don’t think I’ll try it again anytime soon just based on an employee drinking behind the bar, it’s definitely Unprofessional and not smart, seeing how They’re still new.

It's a busy local place from what I could see, very much a sports bar type of place. The food was great and they have a couple Greek dishes that were really good. Our waitress answered out questions and was more than her to help us find some great things off the menu

Good experience dining here for the first time! Seafood Newburg was delicious and a good portion. Live music at the bar area was loud but that’s ok. Service was timely and friendly. Will be back!

Ordered the flatbread and it came like warm, mozzarella not even melted. I was hungry so had a couple pieces but couldn’t eat more. Was disappointed . Looked great. No one asked how my food was until way too late and didn’t seem too care that I was disappointed. Like the place , people , service, but food?waste of

First time trying Woodstock Tavern. We were very pleased with the quality of food, our drinks and the atmosphere. We had the gyro platter and the portion was very generous. Definitely recommend this place. We will certainly be back.

Finally a restaurant in Woodstock that actually makes good food .There are very few businesses in Woodstock that make anything above a mediocre level when comes to food .The kind Woodstock residents tend to overate the food businesses here in town by at least a star/ star and half .This is truly a 4 star location.Congratulations.

Sorry Woodstock Tavern but the food was terrible. I asked if the chowder was scratch made and was told that it was. I could tell just by looking at it that it was not. One bite and I sent it back. It was canned and terrible. Ordered the Greek dish, it was cold in the middle and mushy. The salad was very good though. Service was great but the waitress had to keep asking the kitchen to answer our questions about the food. She was very polite but not knowledgeable about the food. Inside was ok typical pizza house decor.

We are glad the Woodstock Tavern has opened and excited by their extensive menu that includes typical New England Tavern fare as well as several unexpected finds like Moussaka. There are at least a dozen more items that I want to try! We’ve made two trips since the tavern opened in mid November and our guests befall impression is that the Woodstock Tavern has potential. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is flavorful but on both visits entrees were served warm rather than hot. The halfside of ribs were good, pulled pork is above average, fish and chips great, and moussaka was flavorful. The beer selection is another opportunity for the Tavern to go from good to great. The boy “local” brew was Worcester’s Behoppy from Wormtown. With so many local options these days it would be nice to see some from the Quiet Corner - or at least from the state. The bar is big and vibe pretty loud. The dining room not as loud, though small.Even after 8 weeks the parking lot is full early on Thursdays and Fridays - so a good sign that the Tavern has great potential.
