I checked the reviews because a lady said she was going to write one about how bad the customer service was. I just wanna say that after reading some of what she wrote and being there in person, the guy gave nothing but respect. She constantly cut him off and was being extremely rude, I’m sorry that he had had to deal with that. I also understand that it can frustrating when food is made incorrectly but he did say he will have it remade. I understand both sides.
Also, taking the tip off from the delivery order is ridiculous. The driver had nothing to do with the food.

I have been patronizing this establishment for many years. Over the last several months the quality of the food and customer service has declined significantly! My last 2 delivery orders were made incorrectly and instead of them offering a credit for the full amount of the item, they offered a partial credit for the ingredient that was omitted from the item, which is ridiculous. On top of that the people that work behind the counter have no customer service skills or professionalism. I will NOT be spending my money here anymore and I would NOT recommend this establishment!

Ive ate here 2 times with tonight being the second. The first time i came i said I wasnt coming back. Ive only had pizza. And I only came here because it was open later. The pizza is doughy. The first time I came i ordered 2 slices of pizza and it was as if the pizza wasnt done. I said I wouldnt come back. I came back tonight for a pizza pie for my girls after trick or treating... my daughter went to get her slice of pizza and picked it up and the cheese and pepperoni came off the dough in one piece. It was like my first experience here. Its like the cheese doesn't stick to the dough and the dough aint even done. The taste was decent. But even frozen pizza doesn't do that. The pizza needs to cook longer and they need to figure out how to make the cheese stick to the dough. Even putting left overs away the cheese slid right off the dough. Once it becomes a slice... the cheese DOESNT STICK.! Fix that. Ive never went to a pizzeria where this happens. Service... amazing... taste... decent.... cheese sticking to almost uncooked dough horrible. Like I said I only ordered pizza from here and the pizza alone being so its a pizzeria makes me not trust anything else. Or maybe other things are better... its hard to mess up a salad... maybe the stromboli sticks together. Who knows.? But the pizza....smh... just cook it longer and make it not slide apart so easily.

Food is good Cashier thought she was gonna pull a fast one and wait for me to leave before entering the card payment so she can back track and add a tip. Nope ain’t happening. People make sure you hit the enter button and see the transaction completed and print a receipt or they will steal your money

I hate to leave this review, but after reading others and seeing they're experiencing the same issues I felt I needed to.
I've been coming here for years. Throughout those years we've got food poisoning twice.
For some reason we kept coming back after taking a huge break (a year plus) from ordering from here.
In the recent months the quality, and service, has went way down while the prices have almost doubled on some items.
We order a pizza well done (because half the time regular comes out kinda doughy) and it's still the same.
The latest thing was their pathetic attempt at social media on TikTok where they were showing bad images of their food, not marketing to their customers and more to themselves. As someone who has 30+ years experience in marketing I sent them a PM to give them some pointers in the right direction. I run multiple accounts with millions of like, followers, etc spread across multiple platforms. You would think they would either say ty, tell me to get bent, or just ignore my message. Nope they blocked me. So that goes right on par with the last two reviews I've read on how stupid and ignorant the people running this place have become.

I don't like to say anything bad about anybody who's just trying to make a buck but the quality of the service and food has gone down tremendously in the last few months of me ordering. I ordered the cheesesteak and asked for simple ketchup extra mayo. Needless to say I got a lot of ketchup and it looks like someone ate my fries. This isn't the first time that I've had a problem or the 4th or 5th time. The thing is I work at the refinery up here in Delaware City and I know how much business we give them. Needless to say I will not be ordering from them anymore and I will encourage others here not to order from them as well. And whoever the driver was today that came with an attitude, we didn't do it to you. Hope your day gets better sport.

You are better off grabbing Costco Kirkland frozen pizza, add whatever you want to it along with drizzle of olive oil…..cook on a pizza stone @400° 15 minutes in the oven. Much better then this dump.

Came in last week after work so i was already tired, the food was alright, customer service on the other hand is terrible. They were very rude on the phone and rushing me the whole time I was trying to place my order. I have a slight stutter when I speak(which gets a bit worse when I'm tired) and they were sighing loudly over the phone and asking me questions like if I'm stupid or something. Overall hated coming here, the food does not make up for the attitude. 😒

For more than 15 years I have been eating in this place because I love the Buffalo chiken cheese stake , the have very delicious food , but I am worry that there are many spider webs everywhere even in the white doll that is where we sits down to eat , I think that if the dining room is like this, in the kitchen got to be worse and I really would not want to eat things where at night the spiders walk .
