The service was incredibly slow. My boyfriend and I waited about 10 minutes before anyone greeted the table and when we finally got our food and drinks, which didn't have everything it was supposed to, our coffee cups sat empty for another 20 minutes. Everyone seemed like they would rather be doing anything other than working.

Their French dip is unbelievable! It's the only thing I order now because it's so good. I would have given five stars for service, except that I always ask for water with lemon and they never remember to bring the lemon, so I have to ask again.

We went for Thanksgiving this year. My son and I got the turkey dinner and it tasted ok but the turkey was dry like it was sitting out for a long time and the mashed potatoes were ice cold. even for Bob Evens it was disappointing

We ordered apple pie warm with ice cream. The apple pie was so cold the ice cream would not melt into the pie. The coffee was old tasting. This is the Bob Evans on Rt 40 in the Governor Square Shopping Center. I will not return to this one. The Eagle Run Bob Evans is so much better.

I decided to try this restaurant again. I found that the prices were a much better affordable value than before. The service was good, the food overall was fine, and it was clean. half and half available by request. Its worth a revisit.
I took my daughters for dinner here when visiting DE. Glad they still have this location as some of the ones in Nj have closed. Staff was very friendly, the hostess was very kind and our server was nice and efficient. The prices are very reasonable for the amount of food you get, kids meals are nice selection, food came out hot and fresh and was very tasty, dessert was good too. Restaurant was clean and comfortable. Will certainly return!

This is my first time at this location, and I will return. The place is nice and clean. I was a surprised because it all tasted great. Me, my mom, grandmother and aunt, was very satisfied. My server was amazing. I wish I could remember her name. She was afro American, slim with like burnt orange color braids, very nice and polite and attentive. It was Monday morning, the day after Mothers Day. To give more info so yall can praise her. Then I got coupons at the end for Mothers Day, and I love free food! Oh, and they had a little candy shop around the checkout area.

I took my grandson here on Wed 4-23-2025 for lunch. We was in second section middle dining area in the very first booth. Quickly a Young Lady came, took our drink order, she came back very fast with 2 pepsi's. We sat there waited 35 minutes later * when she came to take our order after I said something to her. In the middle section between 2 waitress there was total of 7 tables. Once we put our order in waited another 30 minutes for our food. I got chicken toss salad & my grandson got cheeseburger & onion rings. The food was great* but The service on that day was Terrible ! Waitress walked by our table many times to serve tables behind us, not like she could have forgotten us since we was the first booth. Then when you check out they suggest an amount for a tip, realy ?? I gave her a small tip, because the service was slow & small. Sometimes they don't deserve one at all. Completely disappointed in Bob Evans will not stay if the same young lady is working there again.
