BEAR DE - On May 8th, a table of people attempted to flee the restaurant without paying their bill. While the table was waited on by a server and in the proximity of a manger, it somehow fell to the Bartenders responsibility to quickly pursue them out of the building and have them come back in to pay. As you can imagine, the “customers” were incredibly rude and disrespectful and a verbal alteration ensued. The Bartender was NOT supported by his manger or fellow staff. He was left on an island to deal with these rude people all by himself. All while tending to a VERY busy bar. The management here has failed their staff.

We always get the slowest service. All you can eat wings is a joke because you'll have to be here 2 hours to get your second order. I hope you didn't want another beer because that's also a 2 hour wait. The servers are not busy. If you have to sit at a table you're screwed. We're done with this place.

Avoid this place like the plague. Unless you sit with the bartender, prepare to sit around and wait for drinks for close to 30 minutes. This has happened in the last 5 visits I've had there. Servers don't seem to want to work. Do yourself a favor and go to a different BWW. I will never be returning to this location.

Just got here to a damn near empty BWW. Host told us to give him a second then went to the bar and was BSing and left us there for a while, eventually we left and went to the Mexican restaurant next door, way better decision !

I wanted my wings wet. That's what I requested. I received the driest wings ever. It was very disappointing 😞

The house sampler they served was so cold. The onions inside the rings were not even at the room temperature. The cheese inside cheese sticks was solid and the cheese on the nachos was also rock solid. Even the wings were cold. Looks like they took out the things from freezer and thawed them to 40-50 degrees and served. The water tasted so bad, I stuck to my beer. The wings ordered separately were stale and dry and were barely warm. Couldn't even finish them. The only saving grace was my 8 year old daughter was OK with the cold food. Wasted 50 bucks on really bad food. Never going back.

I've been gone a while but thought I should try again. I'm disappointed again. Wings were very dry n hard. Minimal sauce.
I went there to meet with family and watch football. This place was convenient for everyone and had lots of TV's and wings. Nothing notable.

Nice environment with plenty of tvs and multiple sporting events to watch. Good layout for dine in or takeout. The only negative was the long wait time.
