Just went through the drive through 3pm, the customer service from mod had was phenomenal! Great energy, the young man who handed me my food had a good attitude as well! Food was fresh.. best experience I’ve had at this location in a while!

I placed my order in the app when I arrived at the restaurant at 8:35 they already locked the doors. One of the staff saw me parked my car and quickly walked to the door to lock. The dining room wasn’t supposed closed until 9 so that was a little off putting. Then when I arrived at the window I waited another 10 minutes while I watched the staff playing around as my food just sit there. Then to top it off my order was wrong I order a double whopper and it was a single missing the toppings I asked for. Highly disappointed!!

The lady at the register was very nice, and the associates were friendly as well. The restaurant is very clean, almost as if it was just built.
The cheeseburgers were great for Burger King, but the chicken sandwich needed improvement compared to other Burger Kings. I would rate the chicken sandwiches at this location three stars.
Another last reaort...they literally hire anybody these days. CSRs that mumble is so annoying or just Starr instead of asking if they can help is so unprofessional

Once again shorted an item in my order, don't know why I go back to this Burger King.

I only use the drive through here and its always quick. Food is always made nicely and is warm. The people who work the drive through are always polite and friendly. The team that works in the afternoon around 5-6pm should get a raise for the great service. Ill be returning for sure.
