Love Capriotti’s—especially The Cap. The food is always consistent and hits the spot every time. Service at this location is a bit on the lower/average side, but to their credit the staff is still polite and doesn’t act annoyed that you’re there, which I appreciate. Overall, I keep coming back because the sandwiches deliver.

Puzzi. Consistently skimps on every single item in the hoagie. An Italian hoagie with almost no meat, even skimpy on the lettuce, who does that? Should be ashamed to call that an Italian hoagie. Let me take this further back before I left this review. I gave two more chances to this place after moving to the area, two more after already being disappointed. One of those being the Bobbie. The meat and all was on par, it didn’t feel that skimpy… but the instant stuffing y’all use- was not cooked all the way. So , crunchy stuffing, and two crappy ‘Italian’ hoagies left me feeling like Wawa somehow might be better than capriottis and they really aren’t great either. Shame on you for the price. My Italian ancestors curse this place for all eternity.

They were friendly and service was good and not much of a wait. Their Subs and Steak sandwiches are good. We only go to this Capriotti's when we eat subs and cheese steaks. They have a good variety of sandwiches on the menu.

Almost $50.00 for 3 10 inch subs and we couldn't even taste any meat. Only toppings or stuffing. I guess the days of eating half a small or medium sub and being full are long gone. Next time we are craving fresh turkey subs I will just go to the grocery store instead of paying 45.00 for some condiments on 3 rolls.I have pictures but can't figure out how to post them

My Turkey sub was tasteless. Thankfully i requested spicy mustard . The roll was not fresh. It had a pungent smell. I recently had a cheesesteak at another location it was awful. I think I am done with Cap and will stick with Jersey Mike #10.

Today I purchased The Bobbie hoagie. I stopped eating from there over four years ago because the Bobbie hoagie was so dry. Since it’s under new management in Eden Cir, Bear DE I figured I’ll try it again. However, I was so disappointed. The sandwich was so dry & the roll was hard. I took the meat out of the roll. It was very little cranberry sauce and stuffing on the hoagie. The only way I knew some was on it is because I took the sandwich apart and looked. I couldn’t taste cranberry sauce or stuffing. I gave it a 1star review, but it really didn’t deserve any stars. What I will say is it had a good amount of turkey on the hoagie. However, I ordered the Bobbie, not a turkey hoagie. Terrible

Do yourself a favor, and save some money, and just go to subway, at least they will get your order right. No reason you should pay these prices just to get a sandwich with nothing on it. Complete incompetence at all levels at this place.
