I usually go to the Capriottis in Eden Square, but I'm staying in Elkton and I was on 896 so I went to this one. I ordered an Italian and a waygu dip. When I got my order my mom started eating the Italian in the car and it tasted like nothing but oregano so I called and had it remade and it turned out perfect as usual. When I got back home I had the waygu dip and it wasn't at all what I expected nor was it worth the $15 I paid for it. It tasted like a burnt cheese steak and the aus ju wasn't very good either. I was expecting it to be really good just like every other sandwich I've ever ordered from Capriottis, but I was highly disappointed and I wouldn't recommend that sandwich to anyone. Otherwise everything was good. The manager was wonderful and very sweet about remaking the Italian so they get 5 stars for the service.

Love going here. Service is always super quick. Staff might actually be mind readers because they know exactly what I am going to order depending on the weather. It's really nice to go someplace where they always remember your name. Never had a bad meal here

I order sandwiches from this store on a regular basis. Usually, Italian and turkey subs. The subs are always very good and tasty. The meats and bread are fresh. The sandwiches are made perfectly to prevent the meat and vegetables from falling out of the sub bread. A great takeout on a hot summer day is a cold sub from this location.

We order several times a month with several large sub trays for office and warehouse staff and there always seems to be an issue with the delivery, this time.. two trays and no condiments, at all! Dry sandwiches for 25 hungry people. Bear store would not send anyone or try to call doordash to resend just the missing items. I could not go back on door dash without purchasing something else and waiting another hour for delivery. I had no one to go pick up from store. Expecting a refund of some sort (doubt it), and will not go back.

First time eating from here! Unfortunately, this establishment is NOT in the city! But, if you find yourself in Wilmington, De and you want a REAL Deli style sub; go there! You can even ask for a travel order and they pack everything in separate containers for you! I bought a large... It was enough for 2 adults and a child! Bon a petit

I used to love this place, but man it went downhill ever since. Went in and ordered a 10" Tuna sub. They said 10 mins. it was done in about 3. I said wow! Until I got home. I opened it and l couldn't see the Tuna. I thought maybe they forgot it.... nope. I had to take the lettuce, tomatoes, onions and cheese off to see the Tuna. It was spread flat only on one side of the roll. I measured it with a tape measure. It was a little less than a 1/4 inch thick. If I scraped it off it would have been enough for a 3" sub... Really! I could barely taste it. So I basically had a lettuce, onion, tomato and cheese sub, 2 slices of provolone. I asked for mayo, there was only about a teaspoon on one side of the roll. It sucked! I suggest you send your employees to Ioannoni's or Malin's Deli for a class in Sub making. WILL NEVER Ever go there again!
