Casapulla's Christiana Subs & Steaks

I ordered 2 cheesesteaks for 12.00 each. They were awful to put it mildly. I was so dissapointed that I received a sandwich that had the worst taste from an establishment such as Casapulla's.
I have NEVER had a cheessteak like this before. The meat is like steak-um's, not chipped or chopped with no flavor. The mushrooms were straight out of a jar (or can), cold and bitter tasting. The cheese was overloaded, I guess to cover up the steak quality. My son and I were not able to finish the sandwich that I paid good money for. I hope these Casapulla's are franchised, because the one in Bear ruined thier reputation for us. I will not be visiting Casapulla's again. Gross is how I would describe that meal. Very dissapointed. Deserves no stars.

Great place for sandwiches! Hoagies are really good! They make cheesesteaks. Wings. Burgers. Fries. They also cater. Staff is friendly and welcoming. There’s indoor seating. You don’t have to wait long for your food. I had an Italian hoagie. Wife had home style Turkey Hoagie

The Italian and the Regular here are two of the best hoagies I've ever had

I couldn’t even finish my food without first leaving this review ! AMAZING 10/10 this place is my new OBSESSION. I got a small Italian with sweet peppers and it had just the right amount of toppings without getting too sloppy. The workers were nice the parking lot is easy to get around overall i would eat here again, I will 100% be back.

Very poor customer service. The sub we received made me sick. And it had a bad smell! After calling to put in this complaint , a girl who claimed to be the manager kept saying that's impossible, she had no concern for the sickness it caused., and didn't offer for me to bring in the remaining part of the sandwich . She had a very nasty attitude and offered no apology. This is the Bear location.

The restaurant itself is clean & the staff was very friendly. The food however, was awful. I’m sorry to say that. I ordered a chicken parm sub & it looked like lunchmeat chicken?? It was so gross. Truly looked like lunchmeat you order from the deli counter with sauce and cheese on top. Totally gross.

Sorry we can’t give 0 stars smh. The customer service was blah I just felt like they were standing there to take the order and not deliver exceptional customer service or help make a great meal for customers willing to spend their hard earned money on food at their establishment. Serious lack of customer service no smile or friendliness, etc…..on top of the bland underwhelming food my bf wanted his sub toasted and they do not offer that but the BASIC oven roasted turkey and ham like they literally have only basic meat options and no deli mustard and don’t toast subs etc. to top it all off our 2subs came to $29.70 oh yeah he got bacon on his which was extra. I had a mini salami with turkey on it which was $12.35 I think she said. I still can’t believe I just paid $29.70 and FOR WHAT? Run anywhere else Capriotti’s, Milan’s, heck EVEN Wawa lol just save your money and time don’t go to this Casapulla’s you WILLL be disappointed smh🤦🏾‍♀️

The place is feeling a little unkept. The food is still delicious, but I felt like place could close any day now. We need changing America. This administration is going to destroy small businesses in America. I pray for change and getting back to providing for the legal citizens of this great country. We've lost our way. 4 more years of this administration will end it for so many of us.
