check your food before you leave, even though they say you don’t have to. When you get the wrong order they don’t fix it and make you call a phone #, wait on emails to get it fixed. Poor cust. Service

Great staff ,very friendly and efficient. When I’m not in the mood for nuggets or just a bit more hungry this is my go to order. Spicy deluxe meal no tomato/pickle, American instead of pepper jack with a sun joy. Can’t forget the poly sauce on the side to cool down the spice.
I’m leaving a one-star review because I had a frustrating experience at your drive-thru. I asked for a non-spicy Chick-fil-A sandwich for my girlfriend, who can’t eat spicy food. Unfortunately, I got a spicy sandwich the first time. I went back through the drive-thru to fix it, and they still gave me the wrong sandwich again, with pickles this time.
Just wanted to let you know so this can be improved.

Shocked. This location is usually always on it but as of late service has gone downhill. Just today I’m waiting in the drive thru line and was passed by 3 employees. No explanation, no “someone will be with you shortly”, nothing. These negative Chick fil A experiences are starting to pile up. Might be my sign to just limit eating out all together.
