This is one of the worsts chipotles I have ever experienced in the area. The manager Andrea is extremely rude and I witnessed her on a couple occasions being rude to associates. The food took forever to be ready and just an overall unpleasant experience. Definitely look into better management.

I've been a customer here since it opened and the last couple months have been absolutely abysmal. Orders 30 minutes late to getting the wrong orders. You name it, it has happened here. Just go the extra 5 minutes down route 40 and go to the other chipotle.

I wanted to leave a shoutout to the closing manager on 4/19/25. I should have asked for her name but she was amazing! I placed an online order which I rarely have problems doing so. However, on this particular night, I was given ingredients that I cannot/will not eat and did not ask for. After arriving home and seeing the order was incorrect I drove back before they closed hoping it could be fixed. Once I arrived, the manager apologized for the mishap which was not her fault and quickly corrected the wrongdoing. 10/10 customer service skills and I will definitely be back because of it! God bless and good night!

This will be my last time here. My order was sitting on shelf as a male employee was training a new person and they both saw me and just ignored me. They left and came back and ignored me AGAIN! For real? I had to knock on the window which he then opened and begrudgingly handed me my cold food. Look at all these other one stars. Hire some real workers and not entitled 20somethings who don’t have any customer service skills. Unbelievable. He don’t deserve that job.

I had one of the worst experiences at this Chipotle location. The customer service is absolutely terrible the staff completely ignores customers. I was standing there, calling for help, and no one even acknowledged me. It was only when I started recording a video that someone finally came over.
There was a long line of people waiting behind me, and yet the staff didn’t seem to care at all. Even the manager was present and did nothing to manage the situation or assist customers. It felt like no one wanted to do their job.
I’m not sure if this only happened to me or if this is how they treat everyone, but it was incredibly frustrating. I hope Chipotle’s upper management sees this and takes serious action against this kind of unprofessional staff. I strongly recommend avoiding this location. And the person didn’t even feel sorry for delay

First time ever being to Chipotle. The first thing I see is a woman with her entire upper body inside of the ice container.... then I get poor service from the guy taking the order. There's trash all over the floor in the back and when we get the food to eat, it's cold after 3 minutes..... Is this all Chipotle or just this jawn?
