I wanted to leave a shoutout to the closing manager on 4/19/25. I should have asked for her name but she was amazing! I placed an online order which I rarely have problems doing so. However, on this particular night, I was given ingredients that I cannot/will not eat and did not ask for. This chipotle used to be really awesome! The burritos were perfect, service was excellent, and it’s super convenient because it’s closer to my place than the one at Christiana mall! But now, I have no idea what happened. I now order an hour before I head to the location because 8/10 there is a huge line in the chipotlane. And even then it’s a good chance my food isn’t ready. It's a really, really nice facility. However, after visiting this Chipotle a bunch over the course of two or so years, the service is consistently sub-par. Everytime, the person at the counter just doesn't give too much or doesn't spread the food across the bowl, or any other small annoyance. However, the food is amazing.
