Dirty! The food was cold (despite having to wait for it in the designated drive thru spot) and used napkins were in my bag…. They were crumbled up with ketchup smears and placed on top of the fries. I would have turned around for a refund if I had noticed it before coming home. It is safe to say I threw the food away because it was completely unsanitary. There is a survey link on the receipt and I tried to rectify the situation through there, but no one got back to me.

I ordered a order of regular cheese curds and a medium Reese‘s buttercup blizzardwith extra Reese buttercup, and I paid an extra fee for extra Reese’s butter cups, and did not even receive it. When I confronted the cashier, they tried to gaslight me into believing there was extra in there when there wasn’t. The cheese curds were also burnt and the service was not up to par. Do better.

BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I was doordashing and had to go to this horrible store. Not only did they move with ZERO urgency, when I asked the manager for the corporate number after waiting more than 20mins, she told me to “go online and look it up yourself” I asked her if there was someone besides herself that I could speak to and she told me SHE was the GM. Mary gives this place a bad name! Also as I was waiting for her to write down her info, the other worker came over with the food and I told her I’m waiting for Mary to write down the info. She then proceeded to say “fine, you can wait even longer” and threw the customers order back by the warmer. Shame on you all! I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE AGAIN!!

This is The Worst DQ I have ever used. Bear Delaware. The order takers Do NotListen. Asked for 2 blizzards with cookie dough and Reese’s in them, server started to make one cookie dough and the other with Reese’s BUZZ WRONG, manager stepped in and took over, with out asking she started adding hot fudge BUZZ WRONG, I didn’t ask for Hot Fudge, when I told her this she argued with me that anytime you ask for cookie dough you automatically get hot fudge BUZZ WRONG. She personally has made this exact same order for me half a dozen times. Finally she got all upset and just opened the register and handed me my money back. I was happy to leave, and know this, I will never darken that doorway again. I would enjoy the opportunity to speak to the owner of this franchise, or senior management if this is a corporate store. Also the store was not at all busy, I was the only customer at the counter.
I tried dairy queens food for the 1st time. I had the bbq chicken tenders combo and it was sooooo good! The perfect amount of sauce!! Usually places skimp on the sauce but not here. The blizzard was just as good! Will definitely be back.

My family and I hadn't been to this DQ in a few years, but they seemed to have improved since. The staff is receptive and handle off-requests in stride - we had a discount card from a local baseball fundraiser and they honored the deal. The Blizzards we received were well made (and included the mandatory flips!).I cannot speak to the cleanliness (we ate outside) but everything seemed to be in great order and we will happily come again!

The staff here is so lazy and rude its like pulling teeth just asking them to do their jobs…. food is good but the slow, ride service is enough to turn you into ff completely.

Dirty - will not returnAfter ordering, we noticed that all unoccupied tables were dirty, one even had ants on it… I notified one of the staff that several tables were dirty and asked for something to clean with. To his credit, the staff said he would clean and asked which table we were going to sit at. To his discredit, after I told him, he grabbed a cloth and cleaned that one table only. In the time we sat there (at least 15-20 minutes), nobody came out to clean the others. The staff apparently doesn’t care about cleaning anything unless specifically asked about it.
