Recently went to drive through to order Small vanilla chai, I order small vanilla chai and when I went to window she gave me medium and start arguing it was I order medium
Then when i reach to work and tried the coffee it was water , the worst experience with this dinkin. As they argue with customers and even supply worst coffee.
I will never go to this place again.

Do not go in the afternoon they made my gf’s sandwich wrong 10 minutes ago & she told them 4 times how she would like it. I’ve been going here for years & in the afternoon it is very unpleasant to work with the lady at the window told her to get out of the line & insisted to put two slices of cheese in a bag for her sandwich, very unpleasant experience

Poor customer service. The guy behind the counter, in particular, has to be trained on how to communicate; he is not nice. The food quality is poor, especially the donuts, which are overcooked.

Used drive thru. Just got a couple of coffees. The drive thru was a little funky as you had to go around an abandoned garage. Very busy for a Sunday morning.

Many months later. No improvement. Time to call the FDA and NCC

I just left there and I gave the guy $10. What I got was three something and he gave me 2 dollars and some change back. This is not my first encounter with him, the last time he just kept my change. And he doesn’t give me a receipt..I’m usually rushing in the morning and don’t notice until it’s too late. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable. Beware of the change thief!

We tried to go in, but the workers locked the doors and wouldn't let anyone in even tho the workers were just standing there on their phones. If something was happening I get that, but tell someone then instead of just standing there.
