It’s also a perfect spot to celebrate birthdays with family and friends without breaking the bank. We keep coming back and it never disappoints.

I was charged a service charge for a party of two. When I asked the server if this is a tip, he stated it’s always done that way. The restaurant was not busy, and they are legally not allowed to add a service charge (18%). Photos included. After we paid, we still got a merchant receipt to add another tip on top of the service charge which is already the tip. They’re not allowed to do this, not coming back here. Look out when you receive your check. I don’t know if they assumed we wouldn’t tip but again they’re not allowed to do that.

We're from out of town visiting and stopped in after shopping. It was very clean, cute decor and we shared a meal because the portions were so large. The Al pastor burritos were some of the best I've had. The flavor was on point and the meat was not dry at all. We will definitely be back when we stop back in town again! The wait staff are kind and attentive and the food was excellent.

Always a great time. Went with my daughter last night . We got the Molcajete chicken&beef (chef on point) and golden margaritas they are Greeat. The Staff is always friendly, great atmosphere day or night, very clean and maintained. 👍🏾👍🏾

El Tapation is by far our favorite Mexican in the area. We have been coming here for over a decade. The food is always homemade and delicious! The staff is always very pleasant and helpful. There is a Mariachi band on Friday nights, too. If you have sensitive ears and the Mariachi band is playing, I would recommend earplugs for folks with sensitive ears. The trumpets on a confined space can be a bit overwhelming. We've ordered dozens of dishes from their menu and it never disappoints! We've had Fajita, Burritos, Tacos, Enchiladas, Guacamole, Pico De Gallo, Quesadillas, Chile Relleno...the list goes on. We've never had a bad meal. My wife and I almost always order the Burrito De Lujo (with no cooked tomatoes and no tomatillo). It is divine! It's like a Fajita and Burrito had a love child smothered in the spicy and savory queso sauce. MMMmmmMMMmmm If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and stop in! You won't regret it.

Id have taken a picture. But being here for the 2nd time I just could NOT wait to dig in. before I knew it (10-20 seconds ish) later it was all gone. I cant believe how fresh and absolutely FANTASTIC this food is. Nothing so far in Delaware compares in price to plate ratio to food and drink quality. I almost dont want to post this because I dont want it to change. Just ridiculously delicious

First & foremost, I have to complement Paolina (I hope I spelt that correctly) for her wonderful & kind service. Highly attentive, very sweet, and overall a joyful personality. Came in & requested to be seated in her section specifically. The food was better than anticipated. Everything came out hot, cooked to perfect form, and portion size was far more than imagined! We could not be more grateful! Thank you Paolina for such a wonderful evening! Definitely recommend this gem to anyone in the Delaware area.
