Tonight, I placed an order on the Five Guys website for delivery for two burgers, an order of fries and a milkshake. When the order arrived, I was missing the milkshake. I called the store and told them this and asked for a refund. The person I spoke to said that I called the wrong number because they don’t offer delivery. He then passed the phone to someone else. I spoke to multiple people, one person even arguing telling me it was impossible to have ordered delivery on the five guys website. He told me to call Door Dash or Uber Eats or “whoever I actually ordered from.” When I looked at my text confirmation, it looks like this location uses DoorDash for their delivery service. I contacted DoorDash and they told me to contact the restaurant and so the issue is unresolved. The food was really great, and I don’t mind missing an item as much as I mind the customer service at this location when I called.

Last month me and my sister ordered two burgers and a bag of fries. The next day, me and her got really bad food poisoning that sent me to the emergency room. I called about it , they took down my information and then never called me back! Dirty food.

I ordered a cheeseburger, extra cheese, lettuce wrapped and all the way. Same order I’ve placed before without issue. Got my takeout order left the store, took a couple bites and realized they had left out the all the way condiments. Sorely disappointed and will now have to double check each time pick up my takeout order.

I ordered from them through uber eats and they forgot to include the 8$ milkshake. They blamed it on the driver. The bag was sealed and the receipt on the front says in the bag what I ordered and the milkshake. I called and got some sorry excuse blaming the driver for not grabbing it. The driver said the receipt on it says in the bag. The fortune that this place charges for the food and drink is not worth the experience.
