Nothing special, if anything, it's a buit of a pain getting in and out of the parking lot because Chick-fil-A across the way is always packed and always blocking traffic in and out the parking lot. It's nice this location has mobile ordering and is usually ready in 10 mins or so so you can spend as little time there before traffic gets crazy.

When will the price increases STOP! A cheeseburger, Small fries, and a Small drink for $19.68!!! I am so frustrated I needed to lead off with that, and I'm sure. Just like most people, I enjoy the food at 5 Guys, however, I find it difficult to swallow their prices. No wonder this place is always empty!I called my order in from my car and upon hearing my total, I politely, but promptly canceled my order. The clerk asked why, so I told her the prices have gone too high for my taste. Without provacation, she hung up on me. That's how it happened, nothing more, nothing less. I then left the front of 5 Guys and drove across the joint parking lot to the always busy Chic-filet and ordered a #1 with no pickel meal and a regular size cookies and cream shake. The total came to $12.03! Now That's a price I can sink my teeth into!!! If you look out of your front window 5 Guys, and see the sandwich shop down the road, eating up your profits because they are packed with customers, and you are relatively empty, it might be a good time to reevaluate your prices, and to retrain your staff to not hang up on now, former customers. The food at 5 Guys is enjoyable, but half the fries might just help to get prices down. (The less fries idea won't be popular) The extra fries are a part of what's burning up my hard earned cash. It's sad, but I don't believe I'll return until there is a price drop, or, the more likely scenario would be, when Chic-filet decides to start saying "thank you" to its customers. I'll leave that for another time. Cheers!

could not get my order right. paid for bacon on my cheeseburger, got a soggy pile of mushrooms instead. prices are out of control. and you want a tip ? nope.

Went to five guys Sunday to get my burger I asked for everything but tomato. Once arriving home my burger was the plainest burger possible with absolutely nothing including mayonnaise. Nothing at all like a plain child’s burger once I called for my $19 burger refund I was then given a 7.80 refund in my burger. Pathetic can’t trust the food or even the refund process I will never eat from any five guys again. Absolutely tarnished it!

I love five guys. My burgers are always good. It's fast food, but the burgers do not taste like it. Well, this time I was floored. I ordered a cheeseburger. I went to add more ketchup to it and found a long piece of hair in my burger. Nice and woven into the meat. Ewww. I told them about it and they made me a new one. I know things happen, so I'm not too upset, but this time, I couldn't give 5 stars. Sorry, Five guys.
