My family and l decided to have dinner here. We were not greeted by anyone, just told to wait for the hostess to come and seat us. Upon being seated we waited for a very long time without being acknowledged by a waiter/waitress or even offered water. We ended up leaving and probably won’t be back.!

Second time eating here, food was good, service was good, got seated right away. The beat part of my meal was the thing tuna appetizer, the lobster roll for the price was a stingy portion and the drinks seemed watered down. Sat outside this time, lots of flies, but sitting by the marina was cool. I prefer the food at the Main street Grain.

My husband's food was great. My food tasted great but I was disappointed with the serving size for fish and chips. I had lots of fries but not a lot of fish.

Unfortunately, our experience at Grain H2O was incredibly disappointing.
We waited forever for both our drinks and food — way longer than what’s reasonable, especially considering how slow the restaurant was at the time. Our server was barely around, and after sitting there with empty glasses and no updates, we finally had to flag someone else down just to ask where our order was.
When the food eventually came out, it wasn’t even worth the wait. Everything was mediocre at best — under-seasoned, overcooked, and just not enjoyable. Nothing about it felt fresh or worth the price.
Between the long wait, poor service, and forgettable food, I won’t be returning. Definitely not the experience we were hoping for.

Food and service were good. Unfortunately we were here 3 years ago and the bathrooms are still disgusting. Seriously it doesn’t take much to clean them up, I would give the restaurant a 4 if it weren’t for the bathrooms.

Even though the deck had seven tables open you have to eat not so good food to get a table. Was told to sit in a dingy corner inside if I only wanted a drink.

15 dollar Margaritas and a Crab Pretzel that just tasted like a pretzel. Was not impressed with the price for the quality
Good choices of beer and food. Matt and Steve are great bartenders as well.

Food and service were very good. We were disappointed with the view on the outside patio it was blocked and shrubbery. It would be great to look out on the water and boats. They need to do some trimming ,or use high top tables. Would be 4 star if you could see the water.

worst experience with owner, told me i couldnt sit at bar, so i went to a side railing. said no you cant stay there either, most arrogant person i ever dealt with so i walked best part he lost out on a party of 15, Schaffer canal house treated us with respect
