Worst kfc ever. My husband was in the drive thru and ordered 2 pot pies which they said were available . By the time he got up to the window he was told they were sold to a walk in. Really? You think when the order was placed they would be put aside. This is not the first time this has happened. I’m done with them!😡

Im a black women so i am allowed to make this remark (remember in life you cant do everything someone else does) with that being said… they need to rid some of the black workers here they are too comfy being nasty. They come to the window looking tired looking like they just fought with bonnets on, i mean the way they talk is just like what services are you really trying to attract? Like kfc how are yall holding on the way you are with this help??? I literally be wanting kfc all the time and go anywhere but kfc because forget that. Be forreal hire different types of people PLEASE! No one can fully enjoy the food with that horrible service! They all be outside smoking when you pull up then they get on the intercome sounding mad that you interrupted they puff puff pass session. I mean please care more about your customers just hire people who care that will change the game of this kfc and many other locations because atp i think they hire thise type people still paying them 7.25 cus there is no way! Go see for yourselves. 😌

The customer service sucked. The staff had one speed:sloth. I went back up to the counter to ask for mayo packets, I had to say excuse to get someone's attention, when the staff could clearly see me standing their. They didn't have mayo packets so I asked if they could put some in a little cup for me, I stood there and waited and waited,to no avail didn't get the mayo. The lady that I asked could of said they don't do that. She just looked at me like I was stupid! I highly highly suggest no one come to this KFC.

The fried chicken, coleslaw, and fries were good, not great. The biscuits were not done, some of the dough was still "raw." The customer service was horrible, they could use hospitality training. I know one could say, you could have just returned the biscuits back and gotten fully baked ones but I was getting the food for convenience, returning the food is inconveniencing and beats the whole purpose. Note: I hadn't had KFC in a long time and this just put a bad taste...

Great service. Fast. Feeding four ppl.Ordered 12pc. Xtra Crispy. With corn, mash potatoes, mac & cheese, biscuits, and fries. Next time, hold the corn and fries. Double up on the Mac & cheese and get the potato wedges. And we only needed the 8pc. chkn. Kiddos crushed the mac and cheese.
Def should not cost 48$....that's crazy. But hot damn that was finger licking good. Just like I remember when I was a kid.

Ordered fries and the new glazed chicken nuggets. I noticed the girl at the window didn’t give me my change after I drove off. It was only 70 cents so no big deal, I continued eating my fries while driving down the road. A few bites in I notice a quarter in my fries. I pull the container out of the bag, and she put all my change into my food bag and the change ended up in my fries. I called to complain and they gave me fresh fries, however the workers laughed about it and acted like it was no big deal. Never in my life have I seen someone put money into someone’s food bag. Very unsanitary, and unprofessional workers

The manager there named Montega was really rude and went to hide in the back, telling other employees not to respond. I called the police they told me to call the corporate number. Worst experience of my life.
