Just ate from this KFC. The food was terrible. The chicken and fries were both nasty and hard and had no taste. Well. It did have some sort of nasty after taste. I'll never eat there again. I hope I don't get sick. Stay away from KFC

THIS IS THE WORST EVER. PLACED ORDERED CHECK THE ORDER WHILE DRIVING OFF AND SAW THEY GAVE ME WRONG ORDER. WENT BACK LESS THAN 1 MIN FROM LEAVING THE WINDOW AND SAID NICELY TO THE YOUNG LADY YOU GAVE ME THE WRONG THING SHE TAKES IT BACK TO THE NASTY MANAGER WHO SAYS WE DONT CHANGE ORDERS SHE GOT WHAT SHE ORDERED. NO I DIDNT YOU DIDNT LISTEN TO MY ORDER. SHE MADE THE YOUNG LADY THROW THE FOOD AWAY AND GIVE ME THE RIGHT ORDER.

Ordered honey BBQ wings and they gave me hot wings so hot I couldn't even eat them. The biscuit was stale and undercooked. I called for a credit and of course I couldn't get through.

It's sad that this place is very unprofessional at every aspect. From the service to the food this place is ran by ignorance and lack of respect & knowledge about how to deal with customers. I'm sure this franchise will be ending soon. I've made an order for just 3 things and had 9 Uber eats drivers turned away because of the ignorance of the women there, they lie and play games I cancel the order the first time then reorder and got the same thing so I contacted corporate and BBB . It's a shame nowadays this generation is done, my thing is if you don't want to do the work right don't be there let someone else that will work and do there job. Anyway this direct store is a disgrace PLEASE BE WARE ¡!!

We just left. I had to go back to the desk 3 times so they could correct my orders. They gave us the wrong pieces even though we specified what we wanted, they gave us 3 pieces when we ordered 4, they forgot our wings that we ordered. They also didn't give us the extra biscuit that I ordered . I was frustrated so I did not go back to the counter a 4th time. 2 staff were prompt with correcting order but one woman was a bit shady and condescending. We were eating at exactly at 9pm we were told to pickup our things and leave because they are closing. The signs said they close at 10pm. The experience wasn't great. The atmosphere was a turn off. I usually prefer that location because I love the way they prepare their chicken. I usually do the drive thru but tonight we went inside.

Awful experience, I did an online order and they forgot half my stuff, then refused to refund for the missing items. The app was useless in trying to report missing items so I had to send someone in person to the store to pick up the rest of our food. Do better.
Horrible chicken was not ever not cooked all the way . customer service was horrible. Also on top it The employees didn’t even wanna give courtesy couple water saying that they was gonna give small cup of ice whole bunch of laughing never again horrible experience get new workers or lose more business going to eating here is throwing your money in the street.
Food was exactly as you'd expect from one of the few KFC's still around.

We stop thru drivethru on Aug 2 2025 730pm I ordered 12 piece bucket original. I got a whole bucket of nothing but dark meat.More than 12 pieces. I dont eat dark meat .If they didn't have white meat they should have said something . Potatoes were cold.French fries were over done.We tried the fried pickles they were way over done .Only thing that tasted good was the coleslaw and biscuits. With those we have never gotten 12 biscuits. I think they just didnt care and was just dumping.I think it will be a long time before we go back. Very disappointed. We have eaten there a few times never complained about the food
