Ordered 2 orders of Saucy Nugget meals, 2 chicken sandwich meals, and apple pie poppers from the drive-through. Paid $43, and the wait was 30 minutes. Everyone who placed an order in the drive-through had to park and wait for their food. I just knew this food was going to be fresh. I mean, 30 minutes for sandwiches, they have to be killing chickens on the premises, lol. The food was terrible. Fries were cold and soggy, and the chicken sandwiches were fried hard. All the food tasted like it was fried in old oil including those apple poppers. The nuggets looked like saucy crumbs. What happened KFC?? I haven't been to KFC in years and I was excited about the new apple poppers. I don't think I'll be going back.

My husband stop here for dinner and they would not serve him because he was in uniform i.find this disgusting will never ever stop at Kentucky fried chicken again.the girl told him no service she should be fired and I will tell everybody this restaurant hates cops and security officers shame on you

A Million Minnie Things

Where do I start? My husband and I went here for lunch yesterday. The cashier, Monique, had a very blah attitude. At first my husband ordered the 2 piece meal but then decided he wanted the 3 piece meal. I decided to get the same thing. When we sat down to have our meals, I couldn't believe how small the pieces of chicken were. Today when I looked at my receipt, I noticed that the cashier charged us for a 2 piece combo for $9.59, one piece of chicken for $3.79 and a 3 piece combo for $11.59. This makes no sense. So my husband paid $13.38 for the same thing as me. Just goes to show that some employees don't know or don't care how to do their jobs properly. Cashiers like this are the reason you have to talk to them like they're toddlers and speak really slow or why they get yelled at for screwing up an order.

Service was terrible they were rude and acted like they want to serve us. Didn't give us the sides are chicken pieces we asked for. They got mad when I asked for pepper and than as she was coming for hot sauce to. When we asked for the 2 paper plates we asked for when we ordered and didn't get them she rudly said I'm serving some one else and didn't get the plates for3 minutes. The place wasn't busy and they acted like we were an inconvenience to them

Until a couple of months ago, this location had a great manager. She had been there for several years. She was always hustling and customer-focused, always polite even though it was clear at times that she was understaffed. She mentioned that she would be leaving the location to go off to manager school. I cannot fault her; I wished her well. I visited this drive-thru KFC location about 2 months ago and asked for the usual 3-whole wing combo, which has been $7.59 for the past 3+ years. At the window, the new manager quoted me $11 and change, and I explained to her No, I get the same thing every week. She said it is no longer selling that combo. It is now $11. So I thanked her and excused myself, and I left. I thought it was poor customer service.Today, January 3, I decided to give this to KFC another opportunity because of past success at this location. I went inside and asked the counter hostess if they still had the 3 whole wing combo. She was new, so she turned around and asked someone who was preparing the sides, and this woman very ignorantly yelled aloud, “We do not sell it for $7.59 anymore; it is $11.00”. So I said okay, I do not want that. Could you give me an original two-piece white? After a long wait, I got my order and just left. Once I got home, I realized that I had gotten a 2-piece dark, which I hate and never ordered, but I decided to deal with it. I ate the leg. And then, as I attempted to eat the thigh, it was clear it was undercooked. I bit into the biscuit; it was also undercooked and gooey inside. I had never had an undercooked fast food biscuit in my entire life. I am highly disappointed. I believe that with this leadership change, your location will suffer. I will not return.I will share my experience with a picture of the food on Google.

This KFC is the worst I have ever been to. I made a mobile order at 6:19 and the app said it would be ready at 6:24. I arrived at 6:27 and was met with no one assisting the drive through nor the counter. I wait inside for about 10 minutes then go through the drive through since it was now moving. When I finally get to the drive through speaker, I’m told the order isn’t ready and that I have to pick it up inside. At this point, it’s 6:46. I’m back inside waiting and when it finally reaches 7:00, I just want my money back so I can go elsewhere to eat. I’m told they can’t refund mobile orders and that they’re still working on the order and just waiting on the mac and cheese. An additional 12 minutes later I finally get my food and they’re missing the mac and cheese. So I go BACK up to the counter and wait. I waited for another 5 minutes for the older employee to come back in from a smoke break only for her to ignore me telling her I’m missing the mac and cheese and she greets the gentleman behind me. That employee never came back to assist me, it wasn’t until the employee that handed me my food noticed I was still there and finally gave me the missing food.What makes this even worse is that the place was empty and they have 5 people working the kitchen!This was overall a terrible experience and a waste of my time. I would never return to this establishment and it honestly made me view KFC differently as a whole. I still want my money back as well. If I could give negative stars and employee reviews I would! I would advise potential future customers to avoid this establishment.
