Delivery driver was only provided half the order. He said he’d go pick up the other two pies so I decided to call the store and give them a head up. Called three times and let the phone ring constantly with no one picking up. Shitty customer service. And yall wonder why people go to these establishments and freak the hell out on the staff.

The Italian breadsticks are decent but the marinara sauce is absolutely disgustingly horrible, They leave the sauces pre-prepped next to the corner counter where theirs sun light hitting on it but the sauce is still cold & tasted expired, I stopped dipping it on the sauce after the 2nd dip (Felt like I almost got food poisoning btw & my immune system is generally strong), The cheap pricing & poor lack of quality in flavor explains everything marinara sauce should NOT be cold & out in the open for sun light to hit it taking my business back to Pizza Hut they make better breadsticks. Whoever the General Manager or Franchise owner is of this business location definitely reads the reviews however refuses to serve customers clean fresh food & gives them weeks to months expired old produce to save costs this location doesn’t care about their customers & looking at the reviews myself the constant manager changes also a red flag 🚩 says it all, If you don’t care as a manager or franchise business owner of what things you sell & feed to your customers then you’re likely to mess with the wrong person one day & get multiple lawsuits & charges for food poisoning someone.

Both my pizzas were damn near raw the veggies were definitely raw and the sauce was untasteable... Took both back and instead of remaking one they just ran it back through the oven and now it's dry and the second pizza it was barely warm supposedly remade it fresh... Bullshit you gave me one that was sitting for a while. Just know I am on the line with corporate while typing this. Also they do not answer their phone and pick up and hang up
I went to this location twice for a cheese sauce pretzel crust pizza and twice I was given tomato sauce. When I asked to get it fixed the second time I was told they don't offer cheese sauce and they wouldn't give me a refund. They said I'd have to get my refund online. There's no number to call on the corporate website and they haven't responded to either of the messages I left in the contact form. Never coming here again.

I've ordered the pizza crust with cheese sauce 2 days in a row from door dash and even tho its clearly marked that. I get the pretzel crust pizza with their acidic pizza sauce. Then I try and call and it just rings. This place sucks. I'ma try one more time then I'ma go there because it's bad enough theirfoor is bad but the only time I order my favorite item they can't send the right stuff. It's not hard to read people

another poster here had the same problem i did. order the pretzel crust pizza and got a plain cheese pizza on pretzel dough. i had an incredibly hard time understanding the guy at the counter as well. im in amazement at how awful this location has gotten through the years.

Used the portal and ordered a pretzel crust with the cheese sauce. I didn't check them when I got them but noticed when I got home that they made it with regular pizza sauce. I also noticed that the pretzel crust and regular cheese pizzas looked like they were made with frozen pizza dough, too perfectly round. It is about 20 minutes away from my house so there wasn't much reason to take it back. I was extremely disappointed though.
