i placed my order at 530pm .. arrived at the restaurant at 645pm bc I was running late and the store was packed with no one at the front. When someone finally came up to the front I asked where my order was and he said it's another 45 minute wait .. mind you, I only order an order of cheesy bread. I'm not sure why it took over two hours to make cheesy bread. When I finally got it and went home to eat it, it was half raw and we found a short black hair in it. Every time I come to this place there's a different problem, which is a shame cuz I love little Caesars when they do it right

Im not even rating the food service or atmosphere i have one thing to say. Get that big African American guy out of there. He is horrible. Slow, unaware, i mean they would do better without him. I ordered online and got my 5 orders of pizza puffs 1 hour later. I went into the store told the guy my name he asked was my order back there no one answered and they walked up with someone else order he left me went over to the portal and put that in there as slow as he could! Walked backed over and stood there. I had to ask what was he doing about my order, he gets loud and says he asked and i heard no one say anything im like you didnt even lool in the warmer he responds im one person one order at a time i cant make the order appear (???) im like you did not look in the warmer then anotner guy walks up and hands me my order just like that. So the guy who walked up and handed me my order WHICH WAS IN THE WARMER says who is next he respondS i have no idea. Like good heavens smh! I am totally and completely done with little caesars 2 locations one in Wilmington and one in new castle already shut down and i wonder why. The bear location has been there for so long but its the people its the people that are hired its just like are we kids playing store???? Get real . DONE WITH THE WHOLE CHAIN. There are franchised no one cares after covid when you complain so forget them.

This place is a joke, I waited an hour and 41 minutes to get my order , they kept saying it was in the oven, there was a guy with no gloves working with money in the front and going to the back to make food without washing his hands . When confronted by customers , he laugh. Some customers requested a refund and out the door. Customers came back with the wrong order. Terrible ... Something needs to be done about this place .

I should have gone with my instinct and just went to Elkton but I didn’t. Ordered my food waited the time it said it would be ready. Got there had to stand in line for 10 mins only to be told by the person at the front that my order wasn’t ready. I should have known better NOT to order from this location as it’s only ran by young boys in there playing around instead of trying to keep order to make sure things are ready. I will NEVER come back to this location!!!

Not mad anymore just disappointed and I can't even complain as it's my own fault I should already know better than to order from THIS LOCATION!It's always SOMETHING with this placeI've made orders and come in to pick em up and hour after ordering and just when I arrive it's when they start preparing it.Another time I arrived and I still had to wait for 2 hours! And the pizza was burnt!They always make the order half baked or burned.Once I had an extra salty pizza for no reason?!Missing items!One Hawaiian pizza with only 3 pieces of Pineapple and 4 ham (this is not exaggerating).And one of the worst is when I made an order to a total of 15 bucks and arrived 2 hours before closing hours on a normal business day and the place was closed! And I never got my refund so I lost money!And when it comes to the employees they are mostly rude for no reason and are always playing around instead of actually doing their job which explains why the pizza is never on time and it's only when multiple people are inside waiting for their orders that they start to actually rush and make the bad pizza
