We ate here 4/22 for an anniversary dinner.I had to send my steak back 3 times, before it was cooked more than rare! My sweet potato wasn’t cooked enough and still cold, even after sending my food back to be reheated 3x!My hubby’s ribeye was pure fat and also rare at $30.99!!!It was extremely disappointing. No one ever came to check on our food and the manager “wasn’t available “. I would definitely not recommend eating here!!!

Would have been 5 stars except my husband's fried brussel sprouts were swimming in grease and the hostess seemed to want to be anywhere but at work. Our waiter, however, was more than pleasant and was not the least bit annoyed about my husband sending his brussel sprouts back. My parmesan crusted sirloin and loaded baked potato were delicious.

This place is normally good but today on April 6, 2024 but the two people that was working behind the bar, their customer service is garbage. They literally sat in my face looked at me and never once tried to offer me a menu asked me what my order was. Literally, for 20 minutes they was walking back-and-forth behind the bar into the kitchen as I sat there, waiting to order takeout and never even to look at me and hand me a menu. He literally spoke to two people on either sides of me, and never once asked me if I wanted to see a menu. I walked out after 20 minutes. How much longer am I supposed to wait for a menu?

If I had to choose, I would choose Texas Roadhouse. My asparagus snapped in half like it wasn't done. French fries were overcooked And my steak was way under cooked Waiter was very attentive to our table. I give him an A+

The food was good, however their steak knives are just fancy butter knives.Definitely since it's the location in Bear, Delaware, it was fairly packed since we got there as nobody in Delaware eats @home. (Jokingly said, but fair)Would definitely go again.

I am definitely not happy, I am in the retail business. I do sales and finance. This experience is not one that I would have my staff do. I did not feel like I was attended to properly I understand if it was busy. However it did not pick until 30 mins after. The worst part about my experience was I finished my drink before my food came out. I had my plate 20 mins before I finally decided to ask another staff member to help me with another drink. Being in the customer service field. I didn’t feel I got the service that you guys provide in training. Again I would understand if it was ridiculously busy however it was not. I don’t care about free stuff I really don’t so please don’t reach out offering free things. I just don’t wish to come back to your location. Never again will I risk this disappointment.

Terribly slow service and staff wasn't welcoming. Food was delicious.Vegetarian options: Salad options allowed for meat on the side and portions were ample.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly. Hostess didn't even offer us booster seats. We had to ask even though we OBVIOUSLY needed boosters...
