This has to be one if the WORST McDonald’s I have gone to and what sucks is it’s the closest to my house. This McDonald’s doesn’t hire teenagers however the adults that are there have the worst attitudes and act like they hate being there. Service is slow and food is mid. Half the time I’m given cold food and once I was given a pack of cookies with the time sticker saying 5:30am (it was 8pm at night when I got them) they don’t follow instructions on the app at all. I’ve had hair in my food before. And there’s literally something forgotten from my order just about every time I go. The few nice employees there have either left or switched shifts cuz I never see them anymore. I have put in several surveys and have NEVER been reached out to. They do NOT care about the customers or quality of food.

I just went picked up my order at the curbside pick up and had the nicest encounter with a young lady Aneshia(I think that’s her name: she had black glasses with a blue and gold head wrap). She was a genuinely nice person and just made the few moments interaction a great one. I overall find this particular location a good experience every time, my order is always right even when I ask for custom orders due to my kids being picky. You can tell that management sets the tone on customer service.

Drive through is ok but expect to be ignored if you try to order inside. I usually go for breakfast. Check for your hash browns before you leave. For some reason that part of my order is frequently wrong.
