I can't explain why it was so much better than normal but I'll try. It wasn't just bc it was the freshest,hottest food I have received in a hot minute(pun intended) but it was about how the drive thru employee was just a joy. Made my day, to tell U the truth,which is why the food tasted so much better. I ate it w/ a smile on my face,having restored faith in humanity! Thanks again! I don't know Ur name but U know who U R. I place mobile orders 85% of the time, and wanted to say i don't understand all the bad reviews, the staff is incredibly helpful and fast. Their efforts are 100% in all my visits, and the store manager works the hardest he is seen doing all the jobs, and hustling. I for one have only had one problem once at Bear Mc D, i ordered a large sugar free vanilla ice coffee and was given a reg plain ice coffee in the past year. That's a great record for fast food in my opinion. Keep up the good work people.

Unless you're here in the middle of the night, you roll the dice on the drive thru. Either your food comes out quickly or you're waiting in a designated parking spot, without exaggeration, twenty minutes for a ten piece nugget combo while watching other cars leave the drive thru window with larger orders. Then once your bag arrives, you get to have the pleasure of seeing your dipping sauces are missing.

Went there today with grandkids it was busy but after standing in line for 20 minutes we here someone in line tell someone it's cash only right now. They are taking orders by hand we only go to this one because they have play area for the kids. After everyone heard cash only 90% of people leftist would have been nice if someone from McDonald's would have came out and told everyone about this. The McDonald's on rt40 and 896 is much better than this McDonald's.
