I had gotten a tequila lime chicken burrito and it was some of the worst chicken I have ever had. Every bite of it was extremely dry and tough, making it a chore to chew and regret the double portion I had gotten. The chips were quite plain and barely salted (as usual), which I hoped to solve with some queso, but it was also pretty plain, not particularly cheesy, and liquid thin, with just a bit of spice. The service was fine, but the food was awful.

Forget this place, they won't honor coupons. Seriously it's the only reason to even go here, there are so many other better Mexican spots around like riveria taco 2, Plaza Azteca, or Chipotle across the street. I won't ever set foot in another Moe's.

This place reminds me Chipotle but to me the flavor is off. The rice was mushy, the guacamole was disappointing. I don't think I'll revisit.

The veggies were fresh and plentiful to top my tofu bowl. Tofu must not be very popular at this location; it had been sitting out for a while and was quite dried out.

Rice was hard not cooked properly . Burrito was packed with rice excessively. Served was just tryna get done to be back on her phone . Consider chipotle instead !

We stopped by here on a road trip and it was very disappointing. For a $12.5 bowl you are robbed , everything added in a bowl was very little. Service is horrible. The place looked nice but the women restroom was not very maintained. Overall it’s not worth it.

Tanisha the GM is Very professional and keeps her store clean and is always quick to fix any mistakes. I came in about 2 weeks ago and was impressed by the service and fresh food Update: The old manager is No Longer there! And Scum bags now run the place!! No wonder the workers aren't as cheery! Loom who runs the place!!

I got nachos and this guy wants to put a third of the spoonful of meat and everything I could have fit that BS in a yogurt cup that's how small it was. I walked out I refuse to pay for that. I hope everyone leaves here until they change management cus that was absolutely laughable at how pathetic of a portion they used

i’d give one stars if i could… first time eating from this location and i’ve just gotta say, save yourself the trouble and spend the extra money on chipotle across the street. the steak was cold and rubbery, no grill marks and it tasted old as if it’s been sitting out for too long. The adobo chicken was disgusting as well, it was cold, chewy & i even found a tiny tenden in one of my chunks of chicken that was in my burrito… the food had 0 flavor whatsoever, the salsa was bland, the chips were stale… i couldn’t even finish my meal…
Been going here for years. Store used to be great. The old General Manager (short black girl with glasses and the skinny blonde hair white girl before her) and her staff were great. They always had such pleasant attitudes and the atmosphere was very friendly. Now, it’s like night and day. The new owners are interesting. I think they own the Kirkwood store. Not a bug fan of them. I went in this week and the short old owner with a pot belly was all but standing over the 2 boys that have been working here for forever. The old guy was horrible. Told him he was giving too much. Tried to make him charge me for extra chips. Oh and get this! I asked for an extra scoop of pico and olives on my nachos and the old man told him to ring me up for extra toppings. SINCE WHEN DID WE START CHARGING FOR CHIPS, PICO AND OLIVES?!?!?!? Moe’s corporate needs to check into these old owners. I hope they bring the old General Manager back. This place is going downhill. I feel bad for all the staff. They should get out while they can. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK!

Just got bought out by the same owners as the Kirkwood Highway Moe's. Needless to say, the quality has dropped and they upcharge. They often try and hurry you at checkout so you don't notice they charged you an extra $2 for steak versus ground beef. Don't go here.

I used to regular here 2/3 times per week. Recently they're under new management and they have all the tell-tale signs of a business going down hill fast.
The portions are significantly smaller, they up-charge per individual ingredients, the service is slower and less polite, and half the staff doesn't seem to speak English.
You're better off going to Chipotle across the street.
