The food is excellent every time. So grateful these guys are right around the corner from me. There’s just enough sauce in the dishes, the lo mein isn’t dry unlike a lot of other takeout places I’ve been to, and prices are much better than other takeout restaurants too. I get wonton soup a lot and it’s always packed with wontons, not all broth. Even if i didn’t live close I would go out of my way to order from here!
Every time I order 2 large orders of plain Lo mein the old guy in there tries to give me 2 or 3 soy sauces. Then have a nerve to get an attitude when I ask for more. Not sure what his problem is but I’m SICK of having to ask for more sauces. This has happened on numerous occasions. I don’t have this problem at China King on Kirkwood Highway. Bet it won’t happen again!
I’ve been in the area for about a year and have tried this restaurant several times. It’s not easy to find good Chinese food compared to NY and I’m very pleased how good it is. The service is good as well!
